Descriptions : Turkish Kayısı yetiştiriciliğinde uzun yıllar tohumla çoğaltmanın yapılması nedeniyle Anadolu’da geniş genetik kaynaklar oluşmuştur. 1974 yılında Malatya Meyvecilik Araştırma Enstitüsü’nde bir Kayısı Gen Kaynakları Parseli oluşturulmuş ve ülkemizdeki önemli yerli ve yabancı kayısı çeşit ve tipleri bu parselde toplanmıştır. Yürütülen çalışma ile bu gen kaynağında bulunan, ülkemizin önemli bazıyerli kayısı çeşit ve tiplerinden 94 tanesinde fenolojik, morfolojik ve pomolojik özellikler belirlenmiş ve uluslar arası UPOV kriterleri değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. UPOV’a göre, Ağerik meyve kabuğunda tüylülük olmayan tek genotip olarak belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler ile Alkaya, GÜ-52 ve çok geç olgunlaşan Levent gibi kayısılar tescil ettirilebilecek konuma ulaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada toplam 96 genotipte de ISSR, RAPD ve SSR yöntemleri kullanılarak kayısıların moleküler düzeyde parmak izleri, genetik farklılıkları ve akrabalık durumları ile kendiyle uyuşma durumları belirlenmiştir. Bu yöntemler içinde en yüksek polimorfizm oranına %98 ile SSR’da rastlanırken, bunu %88 ile ISSR ve %77 ile RAPD yöntemleri izlemiştir. ISSR tekniğinden 145’i polimorfik toplam 164 bant, RAPD tekniğinde 99’u polimorfik toplam 130 adet bant, SSR’da ise 83’ü polimorfik toplam 84 bant elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada 16 adet SSR, 20’şer adette ISSR ve RAPD primeri kullanılmıştır. SRc-R ve SRc-F primer çiftleri ise kendine verimlilik allelinin belirlenmesinde kullanılmış, 33 kayısıda Sc alleli olduğu saptanmıştır. Hacıhaliloğlu, Kabaaşı, Çataloğlu, Soğancı, Hasanbey gibi ülkemizin önemli kayısılarında Sc (kendine verimlilik) alleli bulunmadığı görülmüştür.
English Turkey has got an important position in apricot growing in the world. As in the other fruit species multiplication is done by seedlings. Due to that it is possible to find waste genetic resources in Anatolia. In this concept a genetic resources plot was established in Malatya Fruit Research Institute. In this plot natural apricot of both drying and table types and varieties were gathered. With this Project, apricot varieties namely dried apricot ones which were in the Genetic Resources plot of Malatya Fruit Research Institute were investigated for the phenological, morphological and pomological characters and they were evaluated according to the UPOV criteria. In the UPOV criteria 57 items were considered and Agerik was found the only fuzzyless genotype. The obtained results have shown that Alkaya, GU-52 and the latest maturing Levent can be registered. These genotypes will be among the important varieties in the future. In this project RAPD, ISSR and SSR methods were used in 96 genotypes. As a result of fingerprints, genetic diversity and relatedness and self compatibility of these genotypes and varieties were shown by using genetic markers. Among these methods, the highest polymorfism (98%) was obtained with SSR and followed by ISSR (88%) and RAPD (77%). In ISSR method, 164 bands were obtained and 145 of them were polymorphic. In RAPD method, 130 bands were obtained and 99 of them were polymorphic. In SSR totally 84 bands were obtained and 83 of them were polymorphic. In this study, 16 SSR primers and 20 for both ISSR and RAPD primers were used. In this work SRc-R and SRc-F primers were used to amplify self compatibility allele. Within the 96 genotypes, 33 of them amplified Sc allele that is 353 bp. In the important varieties of Turkey such as Hacihaliloglu, Kabaasi, Cataloglu, Soganci and Hasanbey Sc (self compatibility) allele was not observed.
German Die Türkei hat eine wichtige Position in apricot wachsenden in der Welt einsehen. Wie in den anderen Obstarten Multiplikation wird durch Sämlinge getan. Aufgrund dessen ist es möglich, finden verschwenden genetischen Ressourcen in Anatolien. In diesem Konzept ist eine genetische Ressourcen Grundstück wurde in Malatya Fruit Research Institute gegründet. In diesem Diagramm natürliche apricot sowohl Trocknung und Tabelle Arten und Sorten versammelt waren. Mit diesem Projekt, apricot Sorten nämlich getrocknete Aprikose diejenigen, die in der genetischen Ressourcen Grundstück von Malatya Fruit Research Institute waren, wurden für die phänologischen, morphologische und pomologischen Zeichen untersucht und sie wurden nach den UPOV Kriterien bewertet. In der UPOV Kriterien 57 Titel wurden geprüft und Agerik war der einzige fuzzyless Genotyp gefunden. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse haben gezeigt, dass Alkaya, GU-52 und die neueste Reifung Levent registriert werden können. Diese Genotypen werden zu den wichtigen Sorten in der Zukunft sein. In diesem Projekt RAPD, SSR ISSR und Methoden wurden in 96 Genotypen verwendet. Als Folge von Fingerabdrücken wurden genetische Vielfalt und Verbundenheit und selbst Verträglichkeit dieser Genotypen und Sorten mit genetischer Marker gezeigt. Unter diesen Verfahren wurde die höchste polymorfism (98%) mit SSR erhalten, gefolgt von ISSR (88%) und RAPD (77%). In ISSR Methode wurden 164 Bands erhalten und 145 von ihnen waren polymorph. In RAPD Verfahren wurden 130 erhaltenen Banden und 99 von ihnen waren polymorph. In SSR insgesamt 84 Banden wurden erhalten und 83 von ihnen waren polymorph. In dieser Studie wurden 16 SSR-Primer und 20 sowohl für ISSR und RAPD-Primer verwendet. In dieser Arbeit SRc-R und SRC-F Primer wurden verwendet, um selbst Kompatibilität Allel verstärken. Innerhalb der 96 Genotypen, 33 von ihnen verstärkt Sc Allel, das 353 bp ist. In den wichtigen Sorten der Türkei wie Hacihaliloglu, Kabaasi, Cataloglu, Soganci und Hasanbey Sc (Selbst-Verträglichkeit)-Allel wurde nicht beobachtet.
