Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada, Çukurova Bölgesi buğday ekim alanlarında kök, kökboğazı ve sap çürüklüğü hastalığının durumu ortaya konularak bu hastalıkta rolü olabilen Fusarium türleri belirlenmiştir. Bunun yanında, bu türler içerisinde, patojenik karakterdeki F. culmorum’un neden olduğu hastalığa karşı bazı ekmeklik buğday çeşitlerinin reaksiyonları, farklı gübre ve fungisit uygulamalarının hastalık gelişimine etkileri araştırılmıştır. İki yıllık sörvey çalışması ile 135 farklı tarlada, hastalık çıkışı %8-100, hastalık şiddeti %2-33.4 oranları arasında değişim göstermiş ve örnek alınan alanların tamamında hastalığın var olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Hastalıklı bitki örneklerinden Fusarium culmorum, F. equiseti, , F. oxysporum F. semitectum ve F. verticilloides türleri izole edilmiş ve Fusarium cinsinin dokulardaki fungal flora içerisinde %29.4’lük oranla en sık rastlanan cins olduğu görülmüştür. Denemeye alınan 12 farklı buğday çeşitinde hastalığa karşı kayda değer ve istikrarlı bir tolerans gözlenememiştir. Saksı denemelerinde, taban gübresi olarak kalsiyum amonyum nitrat (CAN) veya üçonbeş (15.15.15)’in, yirmi yirmi (20.20.0)’ye tercih edilmesiyle sap çürüklüğü gelişimi azalmıştır. Üstten yapılan gübrelemelerde amonyum nitrat uygulanan bitkilerdeki hastalık şiddeti üre uygulananlara göre daha düşük seviyede kalmıştır. Tohumlara uygulanan fungisitlerden raxil (tebuconazole), hastalık gelişimini %47.8’lere varan oranda azaltarak en yüksek etkiyi göstermiştir. Bundan başka yeşil aksama 2 kez uygulananlardan flamenco (fluquinconazole) %96.3’e ulaşan oranlarda etkili olmuş ve bunu sırasıyla folicur (tebuconazole) ve duett (epoxyconazole+carbendazim) adlı fungisitler (%93.9 ve %91) izlemiştir. Tarla denemesinde ise tohum ilaçlamaları arasında istatistiksel bir fark görülmemiş ancak bitkilerin tabandan CAN ve üstten amonyum nitrat ile beslendiği ve yeşil aksamdan iki kez folicur ile ilaçlandığı kombine uygulamalar en başarılı sonucu vermiştir.
English In this study, root, crown and foot rot diseases of winter wheat were examined and the possible Fusarium species, which have an important role in disease complex, were determined in wheat fields of Cukurova Region. In addition, the effect of different fertilization practices, fungicide treatments and cultivar reactions were investigated against Fusarium foot rot disease development that caused by F. culmorum. In two-year survey, all of the examined fields were found to be infested with the disease and the disease incidence and severity were ranged 8.0-100% and 2.0-33.4% respectively. F. culmorum, F. equiseti,F. oxysporum F. semitectum and F. verticilloides were isolated from infected plants and Fusarium was also found to be predominant genus among the fungal genera with the rate of 29.4%. No stable and considerable tolerance was observed in the 12 different wheat cultivars against the disease. In the pot experiments, disease development decreased when calcium ammonium nitrate (CAN, 26% N) or combined fertilizer (15.15.15 %, NPK) were preferred to 20.20.0 % NPK. On the other hand, disease severity was lower with ammonium nitrate (33% N) fertilized plants than that of urea (46% N) fertilized ones, as they applied twice on growing stages. The efficacy of seed treatment with raxil (tebuconazole) reached 47.8% and it was the most effective fungicide when compared the others. When plants sprayed (two times) with flamenco (fluquinconazole), folicur (tebuconazole) and duett (epoxyconazole + carbendazim), the disease severity was reduced by 96.3, 93.9 and 91% respectively. In the field experiment, no statistical difference has been found in fungicidal seed treatments but the combination in which the plants that fertilized CAN plus ammonium nitrate and sprayed with folicur gave the most successful results.
German In dieser Studie Wurzel, Krone und Rot, die Krankheiten von Winterweizen untersucht wurden und die möglichen Fusarium-Arten, die eine wichtige Rolle in der Krankheit zu haben komplexe, in Weizenfelder der Cukurova Region ermittelt wurden. Darüber hinaus wurden die Auswirkungen der verschiedenen Befruchtung Praktiken, Fungizid-Behandlungen und Sorte Reaktionen gegen Fusarium Klauenfäule Krankheit Entwicklung, die verursacht untersucht von F. Culmorum. In zwei-Jahres-Übersicht aller untersuchten Felder wurden gefunden, um mit der Krankheit befallen werden, und die Krankheitsinzidenz und schwere waren Fernkampf 8.0-100 % und 2.0-33,4 % bzw.. F. Culmorum, F. Equiseti, F. Oxysporum F. Semitectum und F. Verticilloides waren von befallenen Pflanzen isoliert und Fusarium wurde auch festgestellt, dass die vorherrschende Gattung unter den Pilz-Gattungen mit der Rate von 29,4 % sein. Keine stabile und große Toleranz wurde in die 12 verschiedenen Weizen-Sorten gegen die Krankheit beobachtet. In den Topf-Experimenten Krankheit Entwicklung verringert, wenn Kalzium Ammonium Nitrat (CAN, 26 % N) oder Dünger kombiniert (15.15.15 %, NPK) wurden bevorzugt auf 20.20.0 % NPK. Auf der anderen Seite Krankheit lag mit Ammoniumnitrat (33 % N) Pflanzen befruchtet, als der Harnstoff (46 % N), befruchtet, wie sie zweimal auf das wachsende Phasen angewandt. Die Wirksamkeit der Saatgutbehandlung mit Raxil (Tebuconazol) erreichte 47,8 % und es war das effektivste Fungizid bei gegenüber den anderen. Wenn Pflanzen (zwei Mal) Flamenco (Fluquinconazole), Folicur (Tebuconazol) und Duett (Epoxyconazole + Carbendazim), gespritzt die schwere Krankheit wurde bzw. 96,3, 93,9 und 91 % reduziert. Im Feld Experiment fand keinen Unterschied in Fungizide Saatgutbehandlung, aber die Kombination, in der die Pflanzen, die befruchtet, kann plus Ammoniumnitrat und mit Folicur besprüht die erfolgreichsten Ergebnisse gab.
