Descriptions : Turkish Genel olarak kil ve kireç içeriği yüksek olan ülkemiz topraklarında sınır düzeylerinde olması yanı sıra kuvvetle toprakta fikse edilen ve bitkiler tarafından alımı güç olan fosfor bitkisel üretimin sağlıklı gelişmesinde sınırlayıcı bir etken olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı mikoriza olarak adlandırılan kök mantarı aşılaması ve 100 mg/kg elementer kükürt ilavesinin soya ve mısır bitkilerinin biokütle üretimine, fosfor alımına ve mikoriza ile infekte olma yüzdesine etkileri mikorizalı ve mikorizasız uygulamalar esas alınarak araştırmaktır. Deneme Çukurova Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Toprak Bölümü sera ve laboratuarında yürütülmüştür. Denemelerde kullanılan fosforca fakir steril edilmiş Karaburun ve Menekşe serisi topraklarında yetiştirilen soya ve mısır bitkilerinden elde edilen biokütle kuru madde verimi, fosfor alımı ve infekte olma yüzdesi değerlendirilmiştir. Denemede Karaburun ve Menekşe gibi düşük verimli Çukurova toprakları kullanılmıştır. Deneme tesadüf blokları desenine göre üç yinelemeli olarak kurulmuştur. Kontrol uygulamasına oranla 100 mg/kg elementer kükürt ilavesiyle toprak üstü aksam ve kök verimi, fosfor alımı ve infekte olma yüzdesi değişmemiştir. Mikoriza ilavesiyle toprak üstü aksam ve kök verimi, fosfor alımı ve infekte olma yüzdesi artış göstermiştir. Mikoriza ilavesiyle elde edilen söz konusu artış mikoriza ve 100 mg/kg elementer kükürt ilavesiyle değişmemiştir. Soya ve Mısır bitkilerinde en yüksek verim Menekşe toprak serisinde elde edilmiştir.Sonuçlar 100 mg/kg elementer kükürt ilavesinin verimde ve fosfor alımında etkili olmadığını göstermektedir
English Phosphorus fixed strongly by the soil and hard for the uptake by the plants beside being at the limited level in the soils of our country high in clay and lime content in general is a limiting factor in the getting healthy growth of the plant production. The aim of this study was to investigate the inoculation of the root fungi called mycorrhizae, 100 mg/kg elemental sulphur addition for the effects on the biomass production, phosphorus uptake and the infection percent of soyabean and corn with the mycorrhizae based upon the applications of the mycorrhizae inoculation. The experiment was carried out in greenhouse and labotatory at University of Cukurova, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Soil Science. The experiment was set up on two less fertile Çukurova soils such as Karaburun and Menekse. The experiment was arranged in separating separated parcels design in three replications. The values of dry matter production, phosphorus uptake and infection percent with mycorrhizae obtained from the soybean and corn grown in the sterilized soils of Karaburun and Menekse deficient in phosphorus used in the experiments were investigated. The shoot and root yield, phosphorus uptake and infection percent did not change by the addition of 100 mg/kg elemental sulfur compared to the control treatment. By the addition of mycorrhizae the shoot and root yield, phosphorus uptake and infection percent increased. The increase obtained by the addition of mycorrhizae in question did not change by the addition of mycorrhizae and 100 mg/kg elemental sulfur. The highest yield for corn and soyabean was obtained in the Menekse soil serial. The results indicated that 100 mg/kg elemental sulfur addition was not efficient in the yield and phosphorus uptake.
German Phosphor stark von der Erde feste und hart für die Aufnahme durch die Pflanzen neben sein bei der begrenzte Ebene in den Böden unseres Landes hoch im Ton und Kalk Inhalt ist im Allgemeinen ein limitierender Faktor in die immer gesundes Wachstum der Pflanzen-Produktion. Ziel dieser Studie war zu untersuchen, die Impfung der Stamm Pilze Mykorrhiza, 100 mg/kg genannt elementarer Schwefel-Zusatz für die Effekte für die Produktion von Biomasse, Phosphor-Aufnahme und die Infektion Prozent Soja und Mais mit der Mykorrhiza basierend auf die Anwendungen der Mykorrhiza-Impfung. Das Experiment wurde durchgeführt im Gewächshaus und Labotatory an Universität Cukurova, Fakultät für Landwirtschaft, Abteilung Bodenkunde. Das Experiment wurde auf zwei weniger fruchtbaren Çukurova Böden wie Karaburun eingerichtet und Menekse. Das Experiment wurde in Trennung angeordnet, getrennte Parzellen-Design in drei Replikationen. Die Werte der Trockenmasse Produktion, Phosphor-Aufnahme und Infektion Prozent mit Mykorrhiza gewonnen aus Soja und Mais angebaut in den sterilisierten Böden von Karaburun und Menekse mangelhaft Phosphor in den Experimenten verwendet wurden untersucht. Die schießen und Wurzel Rendite, Phosphor-Aufnahme und Infektion Prozent änderte sich nicht durch die Zugabe von 100 mg/kg elementarem Schwefel im Vergleich zu den Behandlung zu steuern. Durch die Zugabe von Mykorrhiza das schießen und Wurzel Ausbeute, Phosphor-Aufnahme und Infektion Prozent erhöht. Die Erhöhung, die durch Zusatz von Mykorrhiza fraglichen Tat nicht Ändern Sie durch Zugabe von elementarem Schwefel von Mykorrhiza und 100 mg/kg. Den höchsten Ertrag für Mais und Soyabean wurde im seriellen Menekse Boden erhalten. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass 100 mg/kg elementarem Schwefel Zusatz nicht effizient für den Ertrag war und Phosphor-Aufnahme.
