Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışma başlıca iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde uzaktan algılama bilgi sisteminin tarım sektöründe kullanım alanları ve olanakları tartışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise Çukurova bölgesinde toplam 110 parselden oluşan 20 tarım işletmesine ait çiftçi beyanına dayalı arazi kullanım bilgileri, yer gözlemlerine dayalı bilgiler ve uzaktan algılama yöntemine göre hesaplanan ürün bazında prim destekleri ve Doğrudan Gelir Desteği hesaplamaları karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, çiftçi beyanına dayalı geleneksel yönteme göre ödeme yapılan alanların uzaktan algılama bilgi sistemine belirlenen alanlardan % 22,94 oranında fazla olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Beyana dayalı hak edişlerin %18.57’sinin UA tespitleri ile uyum sağlamadığı tespit edilmiştir. Buradan hareketle, destekleme uygulamalarında uzaktan algılama kullanılmasının transfer etkinliğini arttıracağı sonucuna varılmıştır.
English This study consists of two parts. First part discusses possible uses of remote sensing information systems in agriculture. For the second part, farmer declaration based crop support and Direct Income Support payments made for 20 farm enterprises comprising a total of 110 plots were compared with payments that would be made if a remote sensing system were used. Results of the study show that areas eligible for support payments determined according to farmer declaration based traditional information system are 22.95% higher than those calculated based on the remote sensing system. Also, 18.57% of farmer declaration based payments do not conform to remote sensing findings. Based on those findings, it was concluded that as remote sensing applications become widespread, more reliable information about agriculture sector could be obtained and this might increase efficiency of agricultural policies and support payments provided according to them.
German Die Studie besteht aus zwei Teilen. Erster Teil erläutert die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von remote sensing Informationssysteme in der Landwirtschaft. Für den zweiten Teil Landwirt Erklärung Grundlage Ernte Unterstützung und direkte Einkommensbeihilfen Zahlungen für 20 Bauernhof-Unternehmen mit insgesamt 110 Stellplätze wurden verglichen mit Zahlungen, die vorgenommen werden könnten, wenn ein remote-sensing-System verwendet wurden. Ergebnisse der Studie zeigen, dass Bereiche förderfähig für Unterhaltszahlungen entsprechend Landwirt Erklärung basierte traditionelle Information System sind 22.95 % höher als die Grundlage berechnet auf das remote-sensing-System. Auch entsprechen 18,57 % der Landwirt Erklärung basierte Zahlungen nicht auf remote sensing Erkenntnisse. Auf der Grundlage dieser Feststellungen, wurde der Schluss gezogen, dass remote sensing-Anwendungen weit verbreitet, zuverlässiger Informationen zum Agrarsektor ermittelt werden konnte und dies könnte Effizienzsteigerung Agrarpolitik und Zahlungen gemäß ihrer Meinung nach zu unterstützen.
