Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada; jojoba meyvesinin mekanik (kopma kuvveti, sıkıştırma kuvveti, kritik hız) ve fiziksel özellikleri (boyut, hacim, özgül ağırlık, küresellik katsayısı) ile bitkinin hasadında değişik yöntemlerin uygulanabilirliği gözlemlenmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda uygulanan yöntemler, teknik başarılarına göre kıyaslanmış ve en uygun yöntem belirlenmiştir. Yapılan ölçümlerde; uzunluk 19.97 mm, genişlik 12.20 mm, kalınlık 12.15 mm, ağırlık 1.09 g, hacim 1.09 cm³, küresellik katsayısı 1.18, yoğunluk 0.987 g/cm³ , porozite %33, kopma kuvveti 10.09 N, kritik hız 16.16 m/s, çıtlatma kuvveti ise enine yönde 147.97 N ve boyuna yönde 22.48 N olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca bitkinin hasadında uygulanan yöntemler değerlendirildiğinde; en uygun yöntemin çırpma aleti ile yapılan hasat yöntemi olduğu belirlenmiştir.
English In this study, the mechanical (tensile strength, compression strength, critical speed) and the physical characteristics (size, volume, specific gravity, sphericity coefficient) of jojoba fruit and the applicability of different methods in harvesting of the plant were observed. All methods were compared according to the technical achievements and the most convenient method was determined. As a result, the length 19.97 mm, the width 12.20 mm, the thickness 12.15 mm, the weight 1.09 g, the volume 1.09 cm³, the coefficient of sphericity 1.18, the density 0.987 g/cm³, the porosity 33 %, the tensile strength 10.09, the critical speed 16.16 m/s, the transverse breaking force 147.97 N and the longitudinal breaking force 22.48 N were evaluated found. In addition, it was determined that the most appropriate harvesting method for jojoba is flapping.
German In dieser Studie wurden die mechanischen (Zugfestigkeit, Druckfestigkeit, kritische Drehzahl) und die physikalischen Eigenschaften (Größe, Volumen, Dichte, Sphärizität Koeffizient) von Jojoba Obst und die Anwendbarkeit der verschiedenen Methoden in der Pflanze ernten festgestellt. Alle Methoden wurden verglichen nach die technischen Errungenschaften und die bequemste Methode ermittelt wurde. Als ein Ergebnis, die Länge 19,97 mm, die Breite 12,20 mm, die Dicke 12,15 mm, das Gewicht 1,09 g, das Volumen 1,09 cm ³, der Koeffizient der Sphärizität 1.18, die Dichte 0,987 g/cm ³, die Porosität 33 % der Zugfestigkeit 10.09, die kritische Drehzahl 16,16 m/s, der brechenden Kraft 147.97 N und längs-quer Brechkraft 22,48 N ausgewertet wurden gefunden. Darüber hinaus wurde festgestellt, dass die am besten geeignete Erntemaschinen Methode für Jojoba flattert.
