Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada zeytinyağı üretimi yapılan tüm Akdeniz ülkelerinde olduğu gibi ülkemizde de büyük bir çevre problemi yaratan zeytinyağı üretimi sonucu ortaya çıkan ve karasu olarak adlandırılan atıksuyun farklı fiziksel, kimyasal ve biyolojik yöntemlerle arıtılabilirliği incelenmiştir. Karasu yüksek organik içeriği ve içerdiği toksik maddelerle arıtımı zor bir atıksudur ve kompozisyonu zeytin ağaçlarının bulunduğu bölgeye, zeytinlerin üretime kadar bekletildiği süreye ve üretim şekline kadar birçok faktörle değişmektedir. Konuyla ilgili çalışmalarda faklı özelliklerdeki numuneler üzerinde farklı arıtma verimleri elde edilmektedir. Bu sebeple uygulanan farklı arıtma metodları arasında bir karşılaştırma yapmak mümkün olmamaktadır. Bu sebeple yapılan çalışmada Adana ili Kozan ilçesinde mevcut bulunan 3 fazlı üretim yapan köklü zeytinyağı üreticilerinden tek seferde 250 L kadar dinlendirilmiş zeytinyağı karasuyu temin edilmiştir. Bu atıksu üzerinde farklı yöntemler denenmiş ve bu yöntemlerin karasu için yeterli olup olmadığı incelenmiş ve yine bu metotlar arasında bir karşılaştırma yapma imkânı sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır.
English Black-water is generated as a result of oil production and causes major environmental problem. Various physical, chemical, and biological methods were applied for the treatment of blackwater obtained from local olive mill. High organic content and toxic substances in black-water render its treatment difficult and its composition varies with several factors such as the area where the olive trees are grown, the storage duration of the olives until production, and the type of the manufacturing process. In related studies reported in the literature, varying treatment efficiencies were obtained for similar treatment methods. Due to varying blackwater characteristics, it is impossible to make a clear comparison between the treatment methods applied. Therefore, in this study, a bulk amount of black-water free oil of which was skimmed has been supplied from an olive mill facility with three-phase olive oil production regime located in the Kozan district of Adana. Different treatment methods were tried for the treatment of these wastewaters and the adequacy of these methods were investigated based on removal performance. A comparison between these methods were also provided.
German Schwarz-Wasser wird als Ergebnis der Ölproduktion generiert und verursacht große Umweltproblem. Verschiedenen physikalische, chemische und biologische Methoden wurden für die Behandlung von Blackwater gewonnenen lokalen Oliven Mühle angewendet. Hohen organische Inhalte und toxische Substanzen in schwarz-Wasser machen die Behandlung schwierig und seine Zusammensetzung variiert mit mehreren Faktoren wie der Bereich, wo die Olivenbäume, die Speicher-Dauer der Oliven bis zu Produktion und den Typ des Fertigungsprozesses angebaut werden. In ähnliche Studien in der Literatur beschrieben wurden unterschiedliche Behandlung Effizienz für ähnliche Behandlungsmethoden erzielt. Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Blackwater Eigenschaften ist es unmöglich, einen klaren Vergleich zwischen den Behandlungsmethoden angewendet. Daher wurde in dieser Studie eine Menge Bulk schwarz-Wasser frei Öl davon Magermilch wurde von einer Olive Mill-Anlage mit drei-Phasen-Olivenöl Produktion Regime befindet sich in der Kozan Landkreis Adana angegeben. Verschiedenen Behandlungsmethoden wurden versucht für die Behandlung von diese Abwässer und die Angemessenheit dieser Methoden wurden basierend auf Entfernung Leistung untersucht. Ein Vergleich zwischen diesen Methoden wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt.
