Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada buğday alanlarında kullanılan bazı Acetolactate synthase enzim engelleyici (ALS) herbisitlerin farklı topraklardaki kalıcılığı ile buğday hasadından sonra aynı yıl ekilen münavebe bitkileri pamuk, soya, mısır ve mercimeğe yan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Herbisitler uygulandıktan yaklaşık dört ay sonra ekilen pamuk ve mısır bitkisinin verimine yönelik olumsuz bir etki göstermezken, sadece Triasulfuron+Dicamba (0.51+8.19 g e.m./da) etkili maddeli herbisitin buğday sonrası ekilen soya bitkisinin verimine yönelik olumsuz etki gösterebileceği saptanmıştır. Ceylanpınar'da yapılan denemede Triasulfuron+Dicamba, Mesosulfuron methyl+ Iodosulfuron methyl sodium (0.9+0.18 g e.m./da), Propoxycarbazone sodium (7 g e.m./da), Mesosulfuron methyl+ Propoxycarbazone sodium (1,13+1,68 g e.m./da) ve Sulfosulfuron (0.19 g e.m./da) etkili maddeli herbisitlerin buğday hasadı sonrası aynı yıl ekilen münavebe bitkisi mercimeğe olumsuz etki yapabileceği belirlenmiştir. Bioassay çalışmalarında organik madde içeriği yüksek olan killi tın toprak yapısına sahip Hacıhasan ile Balcalı deneme tarlalarının organik madde içeriği düşük ve kil oranı yüksek olan Ceylanpınar ve Oymaklı deneme tarlalarındaki topraklara göre herbisitleri daha kısa sürede parçaladığı tespit edilmiştir.
English Some herbicides belong to the group of Acetolactate synthase enzym inhibitors (ALS) used in wheat were studied to determine their degradation into the different soils and residual effect of following crops; cotton, soybean, corn and lentil sown in the same year. None of herbicides makes any side effect on yield of cotton and corn, four months after application while only Triasulfuron+Dicamba (0.51+8.19 g.a.i./da) could make side effect on the yield of soybean. Triasulfuron+Dicamba, Mesosulfuron methyl+ Iodosulfuron methyl sodium (0.9+0.18 g.a.i./da), Propoxycarbazone sodium (7 g.a.i./da), Mesosulfuron methyl+ Propoxycarbazone sodium (1,13+1,68 g.a.i./da ) and Sulfosulfuron (0.19 g.a.i./da) make side effect on yield of the lentil seven months after application in Ceylanpınar location. Bioassay studies indicate that the soil degradation of the herbicides in Hacıhasan (high organic matter, low silt) and Balcalı (low silt) locations were found faster than Ceylanpınar (high silt, low organic matter) and Oymaklı (high silt and low organic matter) locations.
German Einige Herbizide gehören zu der Gruppe der Acetolactate-Synthase Enzym-Hemmer (ALS) in Weizen verwendet studiert wurden, um zu bestimmen, deren Abbau in den verschiedenen Böden und RestEffekt der folgenden Kulturen; Baumwolle, Soja, Mais und Linsen, die im selben Jahr gesät. Keine Herbizide macht jeder Nebenwirkung auf Ertrag der Baumwolle und Mais, vier Monate nach Anwendung nur Triasulfuron + Dicamba (0,51 + 8.19 g.a.i./da) Nebenwirkung auf den Ertrag der Sojabohne machen könnte. Triasulfuron + Dicamba, Mesosulfuron-Methyl + Iodosulfuron-Methyl-Natrium (0.9 + 0.18 g.a.i./da), Propoxycarbazone Natrium (7 g.a.i./da), Mesosulfuron-Methyl + Propoxycarbazone Natrium (1, 13 + 1, 68 g.a.i./da) und Sulfosulfuron (0,19 g.a.i./da) machen Nebenwirkung auf Ertrag der Linse sieben Monate nach Anwendung in Ceylanpınar Lage. Bioassay Studien zeigen, dass die Bodenqualität der Herbizide in Hacıhasan (hoher organischer Substanz, niedrige Schlick) und Balcalı (niedrige Schlick) Standorten schneller als Ceylanpınar (hohe Schlick, geringe organische Substanz) und Oymaklı (hohe Schlick und geringer organischer Substanz) Orten gefunden wurden.
