Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışma, Çukurova Bölgesi buğday ekim alanalarında sorun olan önemli yabancı otlardan birisi Phalaris brachystachys Link.'in (Kanlı çayır) buğdayda kullanılan bazı herbisitlere karşı oluştuğu tahmin edilen dayanıklılığı belirlemek amacıyla 2008 - 2009 yılları arasında yürütülmüştür. Dayanıklı olduğu düşünülen P. brachystachys populasyonu Osmaniye'nin, Kadirli İlçesinin Öksüzlü Köyü'nden toplanmış, hassas populasyon ise yol kenarları ve boş alan gibi hiç herbisit kullanılmamış alanlardan toplanmıştır. Denemede ACCase inhibitörü olan 3 herbisit: clodinafop-propargyl, pinoxaden ve tralkoxydim ve ALS inhibitörü olan 2 herbisit: mesosulfuron-methyl+iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium ve pyroxsulam olmak üzere 5 farklı herbisitin 6 farklı dozuyla (0, N/4, N/2, N, 2N, 4N, 8N) çalışılmıştır. P. brachystachys'in dayanıklı olduğu düşünülen populasyonu, clodinafop-propargyle karşı ilk yıl 11.56, ikinci yıl 10.89 ve pyroxsulama karşı ise ilk yıl 8.51, ikinci yıl da 2.13 oranında dayanıklılık göstermiş, pinoxaden, tralkoxydim ve mesosulfuronmethyl+ iodoulfuron-methyl-sodiuma karşı ise ilk yıla göre dayanıklılık katsayısı artmış fakat önerilen doz etkili olmuştur. Bu doğrultuda herbisit uygulamalarının, ihtiyaç duyulduğu zaman ve kontrollü bir şekilde yapılmasına dikkat edilmelidir.
English This study was carried out aim to determine of resistance of Phalaris brachystachys Link. That one of the important weeds of wheat fields in Çukurova Region, against to some herbicides using in wheat in 2008-2009. Possible resistance population was collected from Oksuzlu Village of Kadirli Town of Osmaniye Province. Susceptible population was collected from never herbicide used place like road side and empty field. In study three ACCase inhibitor herbicides (clodinafoppropargyl, pinoxaden ve tralkoxydim) and two ALS inhibitor herbicides (mesosulfuron-methyl+iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium) were used. Six different doses (N/4, N/2, N, 2N, 4N, 8N) of five herbicides were applicated. Resistance index of possible resistant population was determined against to clodinafo-propargyl at the rate of 11.56 and 10.89 at first an second year respectively and pyroxsulam at the rate of 8.51 and 2.13. at first and second year respectively. Resistance index increased second year than first year but recommended doses were found effective for pinoxaden, tralkoxydim and mesosulfuron-methyl+iodosulfuron-metyl-sodium. In this way, herbicides must applicate whenever need and controlled.
German Diese Studie wurde durchgeführt Ziel des Widerstandes des Phalaris Brachystachys Link zu bestimmen. Dass einer der wichtigen Dickicht des Weizens Çukurova Region gegen einige Herbizide mit Weizen in 2008-2009 Felder. Oksuzlu Dorf von Kadirli Stadt Osmaniye Provinz war möglich Widerstand Bevölkerung gesammelt. Empfänglichen Bevölkerung wurde von nie Herbizid verwendet Ort wie Straßenseite und leeres Feld gesammelt. Studium in drei ACCase-Hemmer Herbizide (Clodinafoppropargyl, Pinoxaden Ve Tralkoxydim) und zwei ALS Inhibitor Herbizide (Mesosulfuron-Methyl + Iodosulfuron-Methyl-Natrium) dienten. Sechs unterschiedliche Dosen (N/4, N/2, N, 2N, 4N, 8N) fünf Herbizide wurden applizierte. Widerstand-Index der möglich, die beständig Bevölkerung gegen Clodinafo-Propargylgruppe in Höhe von 11.56 und 10.89 zunächst ein zweites Jahr bzw. bestimmt war und Pyroxsulam in Höhe von 8.51 und 2.13. am ersten und zweiten Jahr bzw.. Widerstand Index zweite Jahr als erste Jahr erhöht, aber Empfohlene Dosen für Pinoxaden, Tralkoxydim und Mesosulfuron-Methyl + Iodosulfuron-Metyl-Natrium gefunden wurden. Auf diese Weise Herbizide muss anwendbar wenn benötigen und kontrolliert.
