Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada Çukurova Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma Uygulama Çiftliği turunçgil koleksiyon parsellerinde bulunan Turunçgil Sarı Damar Açılması hastalığı (Citrus Yellow Vein Clearing (CYVC)) ile infekteli Kütdiken limon (Citrus limon) ağaçlarından alınan sürgün uçlarına in vitro Sürgün Ucu şılama (SUA) uygulanmış ve patojenden arındırılma oranları tespit edilmiştir. SUA işlemleri öncesinde ve sonrasında biyolojik indeksleme yapılarak simptomlar turunç (C. aurantium) indikatör bitkilerinde gözlemlenmiştir. Bu simptomlar sarı damar açılmaları, kıvrılma ve bükülme şeklinde oluşan yaprak deformasyonları ve boğum aralarında kısalmalardır. SUA işlemleri İlkbahar ve Sonbahar önemlerinde alınan 2 ve 4 yaprak içeren meristem kullanılarak yapılmış ve her biri Carrizo citrange (C. sinensis x Poncirus trifoliata) anaçlarına aşılanmıştır. In vitro gelişen bitkilerin turunç bitkisine indekslenmesi sonucunda Sonbahar döneminde elde edilen sağlıklı bitki oranı % 57, İlkbaharda ise % 45 olarak saptanmıştır. SUA çalışmalarında kullanılan 2 yaprakçıklı meristemden % 62 oranında, 4 yaprakçıklı meristemden % 40 oranında sağlıklı bitki elde edilmiştir. SUA çalışmalarında patojenden ari bitki elde etme oranı % 50 olarak saptanmıştır.
English In this study, Shoot Tip Grafting technique (STG) has been applied for shoot tips, are collected from Citrus Yellow Vein Clearing (CYVC) infected Kutdiken lemon (Citrus lemon) trees at University of Cukurova Search and Practise Plantation Citrus Collection Poots and elemination percentage are determineted. The symptomatic expression were observed on sour orange (Citrus aurantium) by biological indexing both pre STG and post STG tecnique. These symptoms were yellow vein clearing and deformation on leaves as curling or distorting, shortening the nodal gap. STG technique was made by using size as the meristem that contained 2 and 4 leaves taken at the spring and autumn times and each on the shoot tips were grafted Carrizo citrange (C. sinensis x Poncirus trifoliata) seedlings. The healthy plant percentage, are obtained after grafting consequently were 57 %, 45 %, both Autumn and Spring seasons. The healthy plant percentage, are obtained after grafting consequently were 62 % and 40 % meristem that contained 2 leaves and 4 leaves. Finaly as a result in STG studies, percentage of pathogen-free plant observation was 50 %.
German In dieser Studie, Shoot Tipp Pfropfen Technik (STG) für Triebspitzen angewendet wurde, werden aus Zitrus Gelb Vein Clearing (CYVC) infiziert Kutdiken Zitrone (Citrus lemon) Bäume an der Universität Cukurova Search and Practise Plantation Citrus Sammlung Poots und Elemination Prozentsatz gesammelt determineted sind. Die symptomatische Ausdruck wurden Bitterorange (Citrus aurantium) durch biologische Indexierung sowohl Pre-und Post STG STG tecnique beobachtet. Diese Symptome waren gelb Adernentfärbung und Verformung auf den Blättern wie Eisstockschießen oder zu verzerren, die Verkürzung der Knotenpunkt Lücke. STG-Technik wurde unter Verwendung von Größe wie das Meristem, die 2 und 4 Blätter an den Frühling und Herbst Zeiten und jeweils an den Triebspitzen eingedämmt wurden gepfropft Carrizo citrange (C. sinensis x Poncirus trifoliata) Sämlinge gemacht. Die gesunde Pflanze Prozentsatz, werden nach der Transplantation waren somit 57%, 45%, sowohl Jahreszeiten Herbst und Frühling erhalten. Die gesunde Pflanze Prozentsatz, werden nach der Transplantation waren somit 62% und 40%, die Meristem 2 Blätter und 4 Blätter enthielt. Finaly als Ergebnis in STG Studien war der Prozentsatz pathogen-freie Pflanze Beobachtung 50%.
