Descriptions : Turkish Bu araştırma, Kahramanmaraş ekolojik koşullarında farklı süs biberi populasyonlarında damla sulamanın bazı verim özellikleri ve capsaisin oranı üzerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla, bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak 2003 ve 2004 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Denemede sulama uygulamaları ana parselleri, populasyonlar alt parselleri oluşturmuş ve materyal olarak C. frutescens 37, C. frutescens M9, C. frutescens M5, C. frutescens M2, C. frutescens 35 populasyonları kullanılmıştır. Sulamalara ait uygulamalar 4 saat/hafta, 5 saat/hafta ve 6 saat/hafta olarak uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak; denemeye aldığımız süs biberi populasyonlarında, ortalama bitki boyu uzunlukları 44.60-70.77 cm, dal sayısı 5.44-8.44 adet/bitki, meyve eni 0.68-0.95 cm, meyve boyu 4.35-6.85 cm, meyve sayısı 75.93-156.93 adet/bitki, yaş meyve verimleri 33.30-73.79 kg/da, kuru meyve verimleri 10.11-21.39 kg/da, kuru/yaş ağırlık oranları %22.76-37.98 ve capsaicin oranı 0.345-3.650 mg/g arasında değişim göstermiştir. En yüksek verim özellikleri ve capsaicin oranı 5 saat/hafta sulama uygulamasından elde edilmiştir.
English This study was conducted to determine the effects of irrigation on yield and quality characteristics of different pepper varieties grown under the ecological conditions of Kahramanmaraş during 2003 and 2004 years. The experiment was arranged using split plot design with different irrigation treatment as main plots and varieties as sub plots with three replications. Varieties of different pepper involved C.. frutescens 37, C. frutescens M9, C. frutescens M5, C. frutescens M2, C. frutescens 35. Irrigation treatment included 4 h/week, 5 h/week, 6 h/week. As results, populations of ornamental pepper used to trial, the average of plant height (44.60-70.77 cm), number of branches (5.44-8.44 number/plant), width of fruit (0.68-0.95 cm), height of fruit (4.35-6.85 cm), number of fruit (75.93-156.93 number/plant), fruit weight (33.30-73.79 kg/da), dried weight (10.11-21.39 kg/da), proportions of dried/fresh weight (% 22.76-37.98) and proportions of capsaicin (0.345-3.650 mg/g) beetwen exchanged. The highest yield components and proportions of capsaicin were obtained when irrigation 5 h/week.
German Diese Studie wurde durchgeführt, um die Auswirkungen der Bewässerung auf Ertrag und Qualität Merkmale der verschiedenen Pfeffer Sorten unter den ökologischen Bedingungen der Kahramanmaraş während der Jahre 2003 und 2004 zu bestimmen. Das Experiment wurde mit geteilten Grundstück Design mit verschiedenen Bewässerung Behandlung als wichtigsten Plots und Sorten, wie Sub mit drei Replikationen Grundstücke angeordnet. Verschiedene Sorten Pfeffer beteiligten C.. frutescens 37, C. Frutescens M9, C. Frutescens M5, C. frutescens M2, C. frutescens 35. Bewässerung-Behandlung inklusive 4 h/Woche, 5 h/Woche, 6 h/Woche. Wie Ergebnisse, Populationen von ornamentalen Pfeffer verwendet, um den Versuch, den Durchschnitt der Pflanzenhöhe (44.60-70.77 cm), Anzahl der Verzweigungen (5,44-8.44 Anzahl/Pflanze), Breite Frucht (0,68-0.95 cm), Höhe von Obst (4,35-6,85 cm), Anzahl der Frucht (75.93-156,93 Anzahl/Pflanze), Obst Gewicht (33,30-73.79 kg/da), Gewicht getrocknet (10.11-21.39 kg/da), Proportionen getrocknet/Fresh Gewicht (22,76-37.98 %) und Proportionen von Capsaicin (0.345-3.650 mg/g) Beetwen ausgetauscht. Die höchste Rendite-Komponenten und die Proportionen von Capsaicin stammen Wenn Bewässerung 5 h/Woche.
