Descriptions : Turkish Bu araştırma dereotunda (Anethum graveolens L.) bitki ve tohum verimi için uygun hasat zamanını belirlemek amacı ile 2003- 2004 yetiştirme sezonunda Çukurova koşullarında tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre kurulmuştur. Araştırmada bitki hasadında uygun zamanı belirlemek için dört farklı gelişme döneminde (rozet, sapa kalkma, çiçeklenme ve çiçeklenme sonrası) biçimler yapılmıştır. Farklı gelişme dönemlerinde yapılan biçimlerde bitki boyu, taze herba verimi, kuru herba verimi, taze herbadaki uçucu yağ oranı, taze yapraktaki uçucu yağ oranı ve kuru herbadaki uçucu yağ oranları belirlenmiştir. Tohum verimi için ana şemsiyedeki tohumlar olgunlaşmaya başladıktan sonra, 2 gün arayla on hasat yapılmıştır. Tohum hasadında, bitki boyu, dal sayısı, şemsiye sayısı ile ana şemsiyede çap, şemsiyecik sayısı, tohum sayısı, tohum ağırlığının yanı sıra bin dane ağırlığı, tohum verimi, protein oranı, uçucu yağ oranı ve çimlenme oranları saptanmıştır. Farklı gelişme dönemlerinde en yüksek uçucu yağ oranı (% 0.78) ile taze herba verimi (3673.00 kg/da) çiçeklenme sonrası dönemde yapılan hasatlardan alınmıştır. Tohum hasatlarında ise en yüksek uçucu yağ oranı (% 4.31) 5. hasattan, en yüksek tohum verimi (152.30 kg/da) ise 3. hasattan alınmıştır.
English Determination On Suitable Harvesting Times For Plant And Seed Yield On Dill (Anethum graveolens L.): This study was conducted to investigate determination on suitable harvesting times for plant and seed yield on dill (Anethum graveolens L.), at experiment area of Field Crops Department, Çukurova University, Agriculture Faculty, during 2003- 2004 under Çukurova ecological conditions. The experiment was arranged in randomized blocks design with different growing periods (rosette, elangation, flowering and after flowering) for plant yield and ten harvesting times for seed yield. In the plant height, fresh herbage yield, dry herbage yield, essential oil content of fresh foliage, fresh and dry herbages were determined. For seed yield, harvest was ten times, two days intervals, after seeds of main umbel were harvested maturity. In the seed yields, plant height, branch number, umbel number, diameter of main umbel, rays number, seed number, seed weight, thousand seed weight, seed yield, protein content, essential oil content of seed and germination rate of different harvesting times were determined. The highest essential oil content (0.78 %) and fresh herbage yield (3673.00 kg/da) were obtained from after flowering stage. The highest essential oil content (4.31 %) of seeds were obtained fifth harvest, the highest seed yield (152.30 kg/da) was obtained third harvest.
German Bestimmung auf geeignet Ernte mal für Pflanzen und Samen liefern auf Dill (Anethum Graveolens L.): Diese Studie wurde durchgeführt, um die Bestimmung geeignete Erntemaschinen Zeiten für Pflanzen und Saatgut Rendite der Dill (Anethum Graveolens L.), am Experiment Bereich Fakultät Feld Ernten Abteilung, Çukurova Universität, Landwirtschaft, während 2003-2004 unter Çukurova ökologischen Bedingungen zu untersuchen. Das Experiment wurde in randomisierten Block-Design mit wachsenden Epochen (Rosette, Elangation, blühend und nach der Blüte) für Pflanze Ertrag und Ernte zehnmal für Saatgut Ausbeute zusammengestellt. Die Pflanzenhöhe, frische Kräuter-Ausbeute, trockene Kräuter-Ausbeute, ätherischen Ölgehalt von frischem Laub waren frisch und trocken Herbages bestimmt. Für Saatgut Ertrag kam Ernte zehn mal zwei Tage Intervalle, nachdem Samen der Hauptdolde geerntete Reife. Im Samen Erträge, Pflanzenhöhe, Filiale Nummer, Dolde-Anzahl Durchmesser der Hauptdolde, rays, Anzahl, numerischen Ausgangswert, Saatgut Gewicht, tausend Samen Gewicht, Saatgut Ausbeute, Eiweißgehalt, ätherischen Ölgehalt der Samen und Keimen unterschiedlichen Ernte Zeiten waren bestimmt. Die höchsten ätherischen Ölgehalt (0,78 %) und frische Kräuter-Ausbeute (3673.00 kg/da) wurden nach der Blütezeit entnommen. Die höchsten ätherisches Öl-Gehalt (4.31 %) der Samen wurden fünfte Ernte erzielt, der höchste Ertrag der Samen (152.30 kg/da) wurde dritte Ernte erhalten.
