Descriptions : Turkish Akdeniz defnesi (Laurus nobilis L.)'nde taze yapraktaki uçucu yağ ve meyvedeki sabit yağ oranlarının mevsimsel değişimi ile kuru yapraktaki uçucu yağ oranının, farklı kurutma ortamları (gölge, güneş ve solar tünel kurutucu) ve sıcaklıklarındaki (35, 50, 65 ve 80 oC) değişiminin araştırıldığı bu çalışma, Ekim 2003 - Ağustos 2004 tarihleri arasında Mersin ili Silifke ilçesi kırsalında yürütülmüştür. Kurutma denemeleri ve laboratuar analizleri ise Çukurova Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü Tıbbi ve Aromatik Bitkiler laboratuvarlarında yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, taze yaprakta aylara göre en yüksek uçucu yağ oranı % 1.68 ile Ekim ayında belirlenmiştir. Kuru yaprakta ise, % 2.89 ve % 2.88 ile gölgede ve solar kurutucuda, % 3.02 ile kabin tipi kurutucuda Ekim ayında ve 50 oC kurutma sıcaklığında en yüksek uçucu yağ oranları tespit edilmiştir. Meyve sabit yağı, % 25.55 ile Aralık ayının son haftasında en yüksek değere ulaşmıştır.
English his study was carried to determine seasonal variability of fresh bay leaf essential oil and bay fruit crude oil contents, effects of different drying methods (on shade, under sun and solar tunnel dryer) and varying drying temperatures (35, 50, 65 ve 80 oC) on the essential oil contents of dried bay leaf in Silifke (Mersin) countryside during October 2003 and August 2004. Drying trials and laboratory analysis were conducted at Çukurova University, Agricultural Faculty, Field Crops Department, Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Laboratories. In the study, the highest essential oil content of fresh bay leaf in terms of months was 1.68 % on October. According to different drying methods and varying drying temperatures, the highest essential oil contents of dried bay leaf were determined on shade (2.89 %), in solar tunnel dryer (2.88 %) and in cabinet dryer (3.02 %) at 50 oC on October. Bay fruit crude oil content reached to the highest value (25.55 %) on December.
German Diese Studie wurde durchgeführt, um zu bestimmen, saisonale Variabilität von frischen Lorbeerblatt ätherisches Öl und Bucht Obst Rohöl Inhalt, Auswirkungen der verschiedenen Trocknungsmethoden (auf Schatten, unter Sonne und solar-Tunnel-Trockner) und unterschiedlicher Trocknungstemperaturen (35, 50, 65 Ve 80 oC) auf dem ätherisches Öl-Inhalt der getrocknete Lorbeerblatt in Silifke (Mersin) Landschaft während Oktober 2003 bis August 2004. Trocknen Studien und Analysen im Labor wurden Çukurova Universität, landwirtschaftliche Fakultät, Feld Ernten Abteilung, medizinische und aromatische Pflanzen Labors durchgeführt. In der Studie der höchsten ätherischen Ölgehalt des frisches Lorbeerblatt im Hinblick auf die Monate war 1,68 % auf Oktober. Nach verschiedenen Methoden trocknen und unterschiedlicher Trocknungstemperaturen, waren die höchsten ätherisches Öl Inhalt getrocknete Lorbeerblatt auf Schatten (2,89 %), im solar-Tunnel-Trockner (2,88 %) und in Schrank Trockner (3,02 %) bei 50 oC am Oktober bestimmt. Bucht Rohöl Fruchtanteil erreicht den höchsten Wert (25.55 %) am Dezember
