Descriptions : Turkish Hıyar fide üretiminde karşılaşılan en büyük sorunlardan biri çimlenmeden sonra hıyar fidelerinin aşırı boylanmasıdır. Bu çalışmada fidelerde aşırı boylanmanın kontrolü amacıyla yapraktan paclobutrazol ve bakır sülfatın iki farklı yetiştirme döneminde (ilkbahar ve sonbahar) iki farklı dozda ve üç farklı zamanda yapılarak bitki boyu kontrol altına alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla bitkilere yapraktan 400, 400+400, 400+400+400, 800, 800+800, 800+800+800 ppm olacak şekilde paclobutrazol ve 4000, 4000+4000, 4000+4000+4000, 8000, 8000+8000, 8000+8000+8000 ppm bakır sülfat uygulanmıştır. İlkbahar uygulamalarında paclobutrazolun bütün dozları fidelerde boylanmanın kontrolünde etkili olurken, bakır sülfatın boy kontrolünde bir etkisi görülmemiştir. Sonbahar uygulamalarında paclobutrazolun 800+800+800 ppm uygulaması dışında kalan uygulamalarda herhangi bir etki gözlenmemiştir. Araştırmada en kısa boylu fideler 2.64 cm ile paclobutrazolun 800+800+800 ppm uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. Bulgular ışığında ilkbahar hıyar fidesi yetiştiriciliğinde paclobutrazolun bütün dozları boy kontrolünde etkiliyken, sonbahar uygulamalarında hava sıcaklığı yüksek olduğundan dolayı paclobutrazol uygulamaları yeterli etkiyi gösterememiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre hıyar fidelerinde aşırı boylanmanın kontrolü amacıyla paclobutrazolun etkili bir şekilde kullanılabileceği, bakır sülfatın boy kontrolünde istenilen etkiye sahip olmadığı belirlenmiştir.
English One of the biggest problems encountered in the production of cucumber seedlings is extreme increase in seedling height after germination. In this study, leaf applications of paclobutrazol and copper sulfate were done in two different growing seasons (spring and autumn) in two different doses at three different times to control excessive increase in plant height. For this purpose, 400, 400+400, 400+400+400, 800, 800+800, 800+800+800 of paclobutrazol and 4000, 4000+4000, 4000+4000+4000, 8000, 8000+8000, 8000+8000+8000 ppm copper sulfate were applied to the leaves. In spring applications, all doses of paclobutrazol were effective in controlling seedling height while the copper sulfate did not influence the seedling height. In autumn applications, any effect was observed in applications except 800+800+800 ppm of paclobutrazol. The shortest seedlings were obtained from 800+800+800 ppm doses of paclobutrazol with 2.64 cm. According to the results in spring cucumber seedling growing, all doses of paclobutrazol were effective in controling height while in autumn applications, could not show sufficient effect because of high temperatures. According to the results of the study in order to control cucumber seedling height it was determined that paclobutrazol can be used effectively, copper sulfate did not possess the desired effect.
German Eines der größten Probleme bei der Herstellung von Gurke Sämlinge ist extreme Zunahme Sämling Höhe nach der Keimung. In dieser Studie wurden Blatt Anwendungen Paclobutrazol und Kupfersulfat in zwei verschiedenen wachsenden Jahreszeiten (Frühling und Herbst) in zwei verschiedenen Dosierungen zu drei verschiedenen Zeitpunkten übermäßige Zunahme der Pflanzenhöhe Steuern gemacht. Zu diesem Zweck, 400, 400 + 400, 400 + 400 + 400, 800, 800 + 800, 800 + 800 + 800 Paclobutrazol und 4000, 4000 + 4000, 4000 + 4000 + 4000, 8000, 8000 + 8000, 8000 + 8000 + 8000 ppm Kupfersulfat wurden auf den Blättern angewendet. Im Frühjahr Anwendungen waren alle Dosen von Paclobutrazol wirksam bei der Kontrolle der Sämling Höhe während der Kupfersulfat nicht die samhain-Höhe beeinflusst hat. In Herbst-Anwendungen wurde keine Wirkung beobachtet, Anwendungen außer 800 + 800 + 800 ppm Paclobutrazol. Die kürzeste Sämlinge stammen aus 800 + 800 + 800 ppm Dosen von Paclobutrazol mit 2,64 cm. Nach den Ergebnissen im Frühjahr Gurke Sämling wächst alle Dosen von Paclobutrazol Controlling Höhe während im Herbst Anwendungen wirksam waren, konnte nicht genügend Wirkung wegen hohen Temperaturen angezeigt. Nach den Ergebnissen der Studie um Gurke Sämling Höhe Steuern wurde festgestellt, dass Paclobutrazol effektiv einsetzbar, Kupfersulfat nicht besitzen, den gewünschten Effekt.
