Descriptions : Turkish Deneme 2009 erken ilk bahar yetiştiriciliği döneminde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Denemede topraksız dolmalık biber yetiştiriciliğinde PRD (partial rootzone drying) tekniği araştırılmıştır. Denemelerde: (1) NS-Açık: tam sulama yapılmış ve drene olan besin çözeltisi sera dışına alınmıştır, (2) NS-Kapalı: tam sulama yapılmış ancak drene olan besin çözeltisi sulama sisteminde tekrar kullanılmıştır, (3) PRD-Açık: %50 kısıtlı sulama ile açık sistem kullanılmıştır, (4) PRD-Kapalı; %50 kısıtlı sulama yapılmış ve drene olan besin çözeltisi tekrar kullanılmıştır. Topraksız yetiştiricilikte PRD tekniği kullanımının, biber bitkisinde büyüme ve gelişme, verim, meyve kalitesi, bitki besin maddeleri ve substratta iyon konsantrasyonları üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Denemede boy, yaprak ağırlığı, toplam biyomas ağırlığı, yaprak alanı gibi bitki gelişim parametreleri ve toplam verim uygulamalardan etkilenmemiştir. Bununla birlikte uygulamaların yaprak sayısı üzerine etkileri önemli bulunmuştur. Denemedeki toplam verim yüksekten düşüğe doğru NS-Kapalı, NS-Açık, PRD-Açık ve PRD-kapalı uygulamalarında 7.00, 6.88, 5.73 and 5.68 kg/m2 olarak bulunmuştur. Periyodik yapılan yaprak analizlerinde biber bitkilerinin farklı uygulamalar altında N, P, K, Ca, Mg ve Cl bakımından yeterli beslendiği ve bu açıdan bir sorun olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Uygulamaların yaprak oransal su içeriği ve yaprak sıcaklığı üzerine etkilerinin önemsiz olduğu bununla birlikte membran zararlanması, yaprak su potansiyeli, stoma geçigenliği ve ozmotik potansiyel üzerine uygulamaların etkisi önemli bulunmuştur. Substrat analizlerinde Na ve Cl ve PO4 konsantrasyonu bakımından NS-Kapalı uygulamasında, SO4 ve Mg bakımından ise PRD-Kapalı uygulamasında birikim belirlenmiştir. Yapılan meyve analizlerinde meyve fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri üzerine uygulamaların etkisi önemsiz buşunmuştur. Denemeden çıkan sonuçlara bakılarak kısıtlı su imkanı olan yerlerde sera ilkbahar dolmalık biber yetiştiriciliğinde PRD tekniği kullanılabilir bulunmuştur.
English Experiment has been carried out in 2009 early-spring growing period, in order to investigate PRD (Partial Rootzone Drying) technique on soilless grown greenhouse bell pepper. The four irrigation treatments have been realized. In the experiment: (1) Fullopen (F-O), (2) Full-closed (F-C), (3) PRD-open and (4) PRD-closed systems. Under full irrigation treatments (F-O and F-C), all roots were wetted in every irrigation with the applied amount of nutrient solution using one line of drip irrigation. The treatments of PRD system received 50% reduced nutrient solution compared to full irrigation treatments. In the open systems (F-O and PRD-O), the excess nutrient solution was discharged as drainage from the greenhouse. In the closed systems (F-C and PRD-C), drainage effluent from the base of the growth containers was collected and recycled in the system. In the experiment the effects of the treatments on plant vegetative growth such as height, leaf weight, total biomass weight, leaf area and total yield were not significantly affected by the treatments. Number of leaf was affected significantly by the treatments. The total yields in the experiment from the highest to the lowest treatments were Full-closed, Full-open, PRD-open and PRD-closed with 7.00, 6.88, 5.73 and 5.68 kg/m2 pepper. The leaf analysis in both year experiments for N, P, K, Ca, Mg and Cl showed that the bell pepper plants were adequately and properly fed throughout the growth period in the different treatments. The fruit physical and chemical properties were not significantly affected by the treatments. Relative water content and leaf temperature were not significantly affected by the treatments; however membrane injury, leaf water potential, osmotic potential and stomatal conductance were significantly affected by the treatments. Substrate analysis showed Na, CI and PO4 accumulations in Full-closed, SO4 and Mg accumulations in PRD-Closed treatments. The general conclusions from the project work: Deficit irrigation with PRD technique can be successfully used in soilless grown bell pepper. The PRD applications in soilless grown greenhouse tomato have good potential for saving water and nutrients as well as its environmental friendly nature with minimized drainage discharge.
German Experiment wurde im Zeitraum 2009-Frühjahr wachsenden, durchgeführt um PRD (teilweise Rootzone Trocknen) Technik auf erdlosen angebauten Gewächshaus Paprika zu untersuchen. Die vier Bewässerung-Behandlungen wurden realisiert. Im Test: (1) Fullopen (F-O), (2) voll-geschlossen (F-C), (3) PRD-Open und (4) mit dem PRD geschlossenen Systeme. Vollständige Bewässerung Medikamenten (F-O und F-C) waren alle Wurzeln in jeder Bewässerung mit der angewandten Menge Nährlösung, die Verwendung einer Zeile der Tröpfchenbewässerung benetzten. Die Behandlungen der PRD-System erhalten 50 % reduzierten Nährlösung im Vergleich zum vollständigen Bewässerung Behandlungen. In den offenen Systemen (F-O und PRD-O) wurde die überschüssige Nährlösung als Ableitung aus dem Gewächshaus entlassen. In geschlossenen Systemen wurde (F-C und PRD-C), Entwässerung Abwasser von der Basis der Wachstum Behälter gesammelt und recycelt im System. Im Experiment Blatt die Wirkungen der Behandlungen auf vegetative Wachstum der Pflanzen z. B. Höhe, Gewicht, Gesamtbiomasse Gewicht, Blatt-Bereich und die Gesamtkraft wurden durch die Behandlungen nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Nummer des Blattes war maßgeblich durch die Behandlungen geprägt. Die Summe ergibt sich im Experiment von der höchsten zur niedrigsten Behandlungen waren Full-closed, Full-Open, PRD-Open und PRD-geschlossen mit 7.00, 6,88, 5,73 und 5,68 kg/m2-Pfeffer. Die Blatt-Analyse in beide Jahr-Experimente für N, P, K, Ca, Mg und Cl zeigte, dass die Paprika-Pflanzen während der Wachstumsperiode in den verschiedenen Behandlungen ausreichend und richtig gefüttert wurden. Die Frucht-physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften wurden durch die Behandlungen nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Relative Wasser Inhalt und Blatt Temperatur wurden durch die Behandlungen nicht nennenswert; aber Membrane Verletzung, Blatt Wasser potential, osmotische potential und stomatal Leitwert waren wesentlich beeinflusst durch die Behandlungen. Substrat-Analyse zeigte Na, CI und PO4 Ansammlungen in Full-schließen, SO4 und Mg-Ansammlungen-PRD-schließen-Behandlungen. Die allgemeinen Schlussfolgerungen aus der Projektarbeit: Defizit Bewässerung mit PRD-Technik kann erfolgreich in erdlosen angebaute Paprika verwendet werden. Die PRD-Anwendungen im Freilandanbau angebauten Gewächshaus Tomaten haben gutes Potential für das Speichern von Wasser und Nährstoffen sowie seine Umwelt freundliche Natur mit minimierten Entwässerung Entlastung.
