Descriptions : Turkish Kök boğazı yanıklığı hastalığına dayanıklı olarak geliştirilen yeni biber hatlarının arazideki dayanıklılıkları ile verim ve kaliteleri araştırılmıştır. Buna ek olarak anılan hatların iki farklı duyarlı genotip (Sena ve Hat 46) ile melezlenmesinden elde edilen 48 F1 hibrit ile birlikte bu iki genotip aynı amaçla test edilmiştir. Ebeveyn ve melezlerden alınan veriler çoklu dizi analizine tabi tutularak özelliklerin kalıtımında rol oynayan gen etkileri de araştırılmıştır. K211xP-67, K211xCM-13 ve K12xK211-15 genotipleri kök boğazı yanıklığı hastalığına arazi koşullarında yeterli dayanım gösteren verimli ve kaliteli olabilecek nitelikte görülmüştür. K211xP-67x46, K211xP-11x46 ve K211xPB-102x46 ise etmene arazi koşullarında dayanabilen, verimli ve tatminkar kaliteye sahip melezler olmuşlardır. Çoklu dizi analizi ile belirlenen varyans tahminleri sonucu SÇKM, toplam kapsaisinoid, toplam karotenoid, parlaklık, a ve b değerleri ile hue açısı dışındaki özelliklerin eklemeli gen etkisi altında olduğu belirlenmiştir.
English Resistance in field, yield and quality of new pepper lines, improved as resistant to Phytophthora blight were investigated. In addition to these investigations, 48 hybrid obtained from crossing mentioned lines with two sensitive genotypes were tested same purposes. Data obtained from the parents and hybrids were subjected to line x tester analysis and gene effects, play roles in the inheritance of characteristics were also investigated. K211xP-67, K211xCM-13 and K12xK211-15 genotypes were found as yielded, qualified and eligibility for sufficient resistance to Phytophthora blight in field conditions. K211xP-67x46, K211xP-11x46 and K211xPB-102x46 were hybrids, yielded, satisfactory qualified and folding to agent in field condition. Investigated features, except TTS, total capsaicinoids, total carotenoids, brightness, a, b values and hue angle that have been under the influence of additive gene effects were determined by line x tester analysis of variance estimates.
German Widerstand im Feld, Ertrag und Qualität der Neubaustrecken Pfeffer, verbessert als widerstandsfähig gegen Phytophthora Fäulnis wurden untersucht. Zusätzlich zu diesen Untersuchungen 48 Hybrid gewonnenen Kreuzung erwähnten Linien mit zwei empfindliche Genotypen getestete dieselben Zwecke waren. Daten aus den Eltern und Hybriden wurden Linie x Tester Analyse unterzogen und gen Wirkungen, spielen Rollen in der Vererbung von Merkmalen wurde auch untersucht. K211xP-67, K211xCM-13-K12xK211-15-Genotypen wurden gefunden, wie ergab, qualifiziert und Anspruch auf ausreichende Resistenz gegen Phytophthora blight unter Feldbedingungen. K211xP - 67 x 46, K211xP - 11 x 46 und K211xPB - 102 x 46 waren Hybriden, ergab, zufrieden stellend, qualifizierte und Falten zu Agent im Feld Bedingung. Untersuchten Merkmale, mit Ausnahme von TTS, insgesamt Capsaicinoids, total Carotinoide, Helligkeit, a, b Werte und Bunttonwinkel, die unter dem Einfluss von Additiven Gen Effekte wurden durch Linie x Tester Varianzanalyse Schätzungen bestimmt waren.
