Descriptions : Turkish Bu araştırmada 16 adet fındık çeşidi ile ülkemizin değişik bölgelerinden seçilen 64 adet fındık genotipinin pomolojik, morfolojik ve moleküler karakterizasyonu yapılmıştır. Pomolojik ve morfolojik çalışmalar kısmında genotipler 30 özellik kullanılarak 2 yıl süreyle incelenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular rakamsal bilgiye dönüştürülerek soyağaçları oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmanın moleküler tanımlama kısmında RAPD ve SSR moleküler markör teknikleri kullanılmıştır. 100 adet RAPD primeri taranarak en uygun 31 primer seçilmiştir. SSR analizlerinde ise 24 primer taranmış ve bunlardan en uygun 18 tanesi seçilmiştir. Bu yöntemler içinde en yüksek polimorfizm oranına %98 ile SSR’da rastlanırken, bunu % 81 ile RAPD yöntemi izlemiştir. SSR tekniğinden elde edilen toplam 118 banttan 115’i, RAPD tekniğinden elde edilen toplam 213 banttan 171 tanesi polimorfik bulunmuştur. Genotipler arasındaki genetik benzerlik indeksi değerleri SSR tekniğinde 0.12 ile 0.98 arasında, RAPD tekniğinde 0.64 ile 0.97 arasında değişmiştir. Aynı bölgelerden seçilen genotiplerin, moleküler karakterizasyon sonucu elde edilen soyağaçlarında yakın gruplar oluşturduğu görülmüştür.
English This study defines the pomological, morphological and genetic characterization of 16 hazelnut varieties and 64 genotypes. Pomological and morphological observations were carried out during two years using 30 descriptors. Obtained definitions were transformed to numerical data to perform dendrograms. RAPD and SSR methods were used in molecular characterization studies. 31 RAPD primers were selected from the initial of 100 and 18 SSR primers from the initial of 24. Among these methods, the highest polymorhism (%98) with SSR and followed by RAPD (%81). In SSR method, 118 bands were obtained and 115 of them were polymorphic. In RAPD method 213 bands were obtained and 171 of them polymorphic. Similarity coefficient in overall genotypes were between 0.12 to 0.98 in SSR and 0.64 to 0.97 in RAPD. Clustering position of the genotypes throughout the dendograms was basically related to the geographic origins.
German Diese Studie definiert die pomological, morphologische und genetische Charakterisierung von 16 Haselnuss Sorten und 64 Genotypen. Pomological und morphologische Beobachtungen erfolgten in zwei Jahren über 30 Deskriptoren. Erhaltene Definitionen wurden auf numerische Daten auszuführenden Dendrogramme umgewandelt. RAPD und SSR wurden in Studien molekulare Charakterisierung verwendet. 31 RAPD Zündkapseln wurden aus den ersten 100 und 18 SSR Zündkapseln aus der ersten der 24 ausgewählt. Bei diesen Methoden die höchste Polymorhism (98 %) mit SSR und anschließender RAPD (81 %). SSR-Methode wurden 118 Bands und 115 davon waren polymorph. In RAPD Methode 213 Bands stammen und 171 davon polymorph. Ähnlichkeit Koeffizient insgesamt Genotypen wurden zwischen 0,12 bis 0,98 im SSR und 0,64 bis 0.97 in RAPD. Clustering Stellung der Genotypen in der Dendograms war im Grunde die geografische Herkunft verwandt.
