Descriptions : Turkish Kavun türünde önemli zararlar yapan, yetiştiricilik döneminde ekonomik zararlara neden olan Fusarium solgunluğuna dayanıklı çeşit ıslah etmek için dihaploidizasyon yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Dihaploidizasyon yöntemi klasik ıslah yöntemi ile karşılaştırıldığında başta saflaştırma olmak üzere birçok konuda avantajlıdır. Yapılan tozlamalar sonucunda, Mayıs ayında yapılan tozlamalarda en fazla meyve tutumu sağlanmıştır. 4 farklı dönemde yapılan tozlamalar sonucunda elde edilen meyvelerden bulunan embriyoların kaliteleri ve bitkiye dönüşüm oranları incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla tutan her bir meyvenin ağırlığı, tohum sayısı, her bir meyveden elde edilen toplam haploid embriyo sayısı, farklı şekillerdeki (yürek, torpedo, globüler) haploid embriyo sayıları ile birlikte bitkiye dönüşen embriyo sayısı ve bitkiye dönüşüm oranları incelenmiştir. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda meyve başına haploid embriyo sayısı en fazla 26 Nisan-03 Mayıs tarihleri arasındaki tozlamalardan 5.81 embriyo/meyve oranı ile elde edilmiştir. Aynı tozlama zamanında elde edilen embriyoların bitkiye dönüşüm oranı da (% 83.33) yüksek olmuştur
English Dihapoloidization technique was used to breed resistant cultivars to Fusarium wilt which gives serious damages to melon and causes economical problems during growing season. Dihaploidization technique is adventageous in many cases, first of all purification when compared to classical breeding. The highest fruit set was obtained from the pollinations which were done in May. The quality of embryo and the transformation ratio to plant of the embryos were investigated which were found in the fruits obtained after 4 different pollination period. For this aim, weight of fruits, number of seed, number of haploid embryos found in each fruit, number of different shaped haploid embryos (heart, torpedo, globular), number of haploid embryos which transform to plant and transformation ratio were investigated. As a result of resarch the highest embryo number was obtained from the fruits which were pollinated between 26 April-3 May with 5.81 embryos/fruit. The highest transformation ratio of embryos to plant was obtained from same pollination period.
German Dihapoloidization-Technik wurde Rasse resistente Sorten zu Fusarium Wilt gewöhnt, der verursacht schwerer Schäden, Melone und wirtschaftliche Probleme während der Vegetationsperiode. Dihaploidization-Technik ist die günstigsten in vielen Fällen vor allem Reinigung im Vergleich zu klassischen Zucht. Das höchste Obst-Set wurde von der Pollinations erhalten, die im Mai durchgeführt wurden. Die Qualität der Embryo und das Uebersetzungsverhältnis der Embryonen zu Pflanzen wurden untersucht, die in den Früchten nach dem 4 verschiedene Bestäubung Zeitraum gefunden wurden. Für dieses Ziel, Gewicht der Früchte, Anzahl der Samen fand Reihe haploid Embryos in jeder Frucht, Anzahl der verschiedenen geformten haploide Embryonen (Herz, Torpedo, kugelige), Anzahl der haploiden Embryonen, die Pflanzen zu verwandeln und Uebersetzungsverhältnis untersucht worden sind. Infolge Research bekam die höchste Zahl der Embryo aus den Früchten, die zwischen 26 April-3 Mai mit 5,81 Embryonen/Fruit bestäubt wurden. Der höchste Anteil der Transformation von Embryonen zu Pflanzen wurde von Bestäubung Vergleichszeitraum erhalten.
