Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada, patlıcanda Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. f. sp. melongenae Matuo and Ishigami'ya dayanıklılık kaynakları ve dayanıklılığın kalıtımı araştırılmıştır. Çalışma dört bölüm halinde yürütülmüştür. İlk aşamada yerli ve yabancı genotipler ile patlıcana akraba yabani türlerin yer aldığı 25 genotip test edilmiş, yabani genotiplerin bu hastalığa dayanıklı yerli ve yabancı genotipler ile bazı ıslah hatlarının ise duyarlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İkinci aşamada ise 15 patlıcan genotipi ile onbiri ülkemizden izole edilen biri İtalya'dan getirilen, F. oxysporum f. sp. melongenae'nın 12 izolatı ile test edilerek genotip x izolat interaksiyonu araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; izolatlar zayıf ve agresif olarak iki farklı gruba ayrılmış, dayanıklı genotipler tüm izolatlar karşısında dayanıklılık sergilerken, duyarlı genotipler agresif izolatlar karşısında duyarlılık, zayıf izolatlar karşısında ise dayanıklılık sergilemişlerdir. Üçüncü aşamada bulunan dayanıklılık kaynakları içinden, Solanum melongena türüne ait dayanıklı genotipler LS 1934 ve LS 2436 ile duyarlı genotip NSFB-99 arasında resiprokal melezleme yapılarak dayanıklılığın kalıtımı araştırılmış ve dayanıklılığın her iki dayanıklı genotip için de monogenik dominant olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın son aşamasında ise dayanıklı genotip LS 2436 ve duyarlı saf hat NSFB-99 arasında yapılan melezlemelerden elde edilen F2 ve BC1 populasyonunda 1200 primerle RAPD kullanılarak genetik haritalama yapılmış, dayanıklılık genine 2.6 cM uzaklıkta olan H-12 primeri markır olarak tespit edilmiştir.
English Resistance resources and its inheritance against to Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. f. sp. melongenae Matuo and Ishigami have been investigated on infected eggplants in the present study constituting four major steps at which 25 different eggplant having domestically and foreign origin genotypes some pure lines and wild varieties have been tested in the first step. Findings showed to resistance of wild variety, susceptibility of some pure lines and domestically and foreign origins. 15 different eggplant genotypes including wilt varieties and having domestically property and foreign origin were evaluated in the subsequent step of study. These plants were tested with twelve F. oxysporum f. sp. melongenae isolates, which are from Turkey and Italy in order to determine genotype x isolate interactions. The isolates constituting two different groups showed low virulence and high virulence, whereas the resistant genotypes were resistant to all isolates tested, the susceptible genotypes were resistant to isolates showing low virulence and were susceptible to isolates high virulence ones. In another step, the resistance inheritance was investigated by forming the reciprocal crosses between the resistant genotypes (LS 1934 and LS 2436), which belong to Solanum melongena species and susceptible pure line NSFB-99 indicating resistance appeared to be monogenic dominant. In the last step, a genetic linkage map has been constructed based on RAPD markers using F2 and BC1 progenies from a cross, which are between resistant genotype LS 2436 and a susceptible line NSFB-99 by means of H-12 primer that have been resulted in a marker distance, which is 2.6 cM to the resistant gene.
German Widerstand Ressourcen und seine Vererbung gegen Fusarium Oxysporum Schlecht. F. SP. Melongenae Matuo und Ishigami haben auf infizierten Auberginen in der vorliegenden Studie, die die vier Hauptschritte auf welche 25 verschiedene Aubergine mit im Inland und der ausländischer Herkunft Genotypen einige reinen Linien untersucht worden und wilde Sorten wurden im ersten Schritt getestet. Ergebnisse zeigte Widerstand der wilden Sorte, Anfälligkeit einiger klarer Linienführung und im Inland und ausländischer Herkunft. 15 verschiedene Aubergine Genotypen einschließlich wirst Sorten und haben im Inland-Eigenschaft und der ausländischer Herkunft wurden im nächsten Schritt der Studie ausgewertet. Diese Pflanzen wurden mit zwölf F. Oxysporum f. sp. Melongenae-Isolaten, getestet, die aus der Türkei und Italien sind, um Genotyp x Eingreiftruppe Interaktionen zu bestimmen. Die Isolate bilden zwei Gruppen zeigte niedrige Bösartigkeit und hohe Virulenz, während die resistenten Genotypen resistent gegen alle Isolate, die getestet wurden, die anfälligen Genotypen waren resistent gegen Isolate mit geringer Virulenz und Isolate hohe Virulenz sind anfällig. In einem weiteren Schritt wurde die Vererbung der Resistenz untersucht, durch die Bildung der reziproken Kreuzungen zwischen der resistenten Genotypen (LS 1934 und LS 2436), die gehören Solanum Melongena Arten und anfällig reine Linie NSFB-99 darauf hin, dass Widerstand monogene Dominant zu sein schien. Im letzten Schritt ist die Genkopplung Karte basierend auf RAPD-Marker mit F2 und BC1 Progenies aus einer Kreuzung zwischen resistenten Genotypen LS 2436 und einer empfänglichen Linie NSFB-99 durch H-12-Grundierung, die in einer Entfernung von Marker geführt haben, ist 2,6 cM bis das beständig gen sind konstruiert worden.
