Descriptions : Turkish Çalışmanın amacı narda (Punica granatum L.) derim öncesi meyve çatlamasının anatomisi ve fizyolojisinin incelenmesidir. Deneme, 2001, 2002 ve 2003 yıllarında, Ç.Ü. Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümüne ait nar parselinde bulunan İzmir 10, İzmir 15, İzmir 16, İzmir 23, İzmir 26, Silifke Aşısı ve Hicaz nar çeşitleri ile 4 yinelemeli olarak yürütülmüştür. Tüm çeşitlerin verimleri, çatlamış ve çatlamamış meyvelerin pomolojik, bazı kimyasal ve anatomik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda iklim verileri, toprak nemi, ağaç başına meyve sayıları ve meyve gelişim eğrileri de belirlenmiştir. Sonuçta, denemenin ilk yılında, en fazla meyve çatlama oranı İzmir 10 ve Silifke aşısı çeşitlerinde, en az ise İzmir 16 çeşidinde belirlenmiştir. Denemenin ikinci yılında en fazla meyve çatlaması İzmir 15 ve İzmir 23 çeşitlerinde, en az İzmir 16 çeşidinde, üçüncü yılında ise en fazla meyve çatlaması İzmir 23 çeşidinde ve en az İzmir 16 ve Silifke aşısı çeşitlerinde belirlenmiştir. Çatlamış meyvelerin küçük, ince kabuklu, daha yüksek dane ve meyve suyu randımanına ve SÇKM'ye sahip olduğu, meyve kabuğunun ise daha az su, potasyum, IAA, K/Ca ve K/(Ca+Mg) oranına, daha yüksek azot, kalsiyum, ABA, suda eriyebilir pektin ve N/K oranlarına sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Denemedeki tüm çeşitlerin meyve kabuklarındaki hücrelerde bol miktarda nişasta olduğu ve kabuğun taş hücreleri içerdiği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, çatlamış meyvelerin, sağlam meyvelere göre daha ince bir epidermis ve kütikulaya sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir.
English The aim of this experiment was examination of the anatomy and physiology of preharvest fruit cracking in pomegranate (Punica grantum L.). The experiment was carried out on İzmir 10, İzmir 15, İzmir 16, İzmir 23, İzmir 26, Silifke Aşısı and Hicaz cvs. as 4 replicates at the pomegranate orchard of orticultural Department of Çukurova University in 2001, 2002 ve 2003 years. The yields, pomological, some chemical and anatomical characters belonging to all cultivars have been examined. At the same time, the climatic data, moisture of soil, fruit numbers per plant and fruit development curves were determined in all cultivars Finally, it has been determined that the highest fruit cracking ratio were in İzmir 10 and Silifke aşısı, the lowest was in İzmir 16 in 2001, while the highest was in İzmir 15 and the lowest was in İzmir 16 in 2002 and in the third year, the highest cracking ratio was obtain at İzmir 23 and the lowest were İzmir 16 and Silifke aşısı cvs. It was found that the cracked fruits have lower weight, size, peel thickness and higher TSS, aril and juice rates. It was determined that the cracked fruit peel contained lower level of water, potassium, IAA, K/Ca, K/(Ca+Mg) and higher level of nitrogen, calcium, ABA, water soluble pectin and N/K than that in uncracked fruits. It was determined that the peel cell of all cultivars in the experiment were contained plenty starch granules and the peels of cultivars contained stone cells. In addition, the cuticle and epidermis of cracked fruits peel were thinner than that of uncracked fruits.

Das Experiment wurde auf İzmir 10, İzmir 15, İzmir 16, İzmir 23, İzmir 26, Silifke Aşısı und Hicaz Cvs durchgeführt. als 4 Wiederholungen bei der Granatapfel-Obstgarten der Orticultural Abteilung der Çukurova Universität im Jahr 2001 2002 Ve 2003 Jahre. Die Erträge, pomological, einige chemischen und anatomischen Zeichen gehören alle Sorten wurden geprüft. Es wurde festgestellt, dass der gebrochene Fruchtschalen Untergeschoss von Wasser, Kalium, IAA, K/Ca, K/(Ca+Mg) und höheren Stickstoff, Kalzium, ABA, Wasser lösliches Pektin und N/K als in UNGERISSENEM Früchte enthalten. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die Peel-Zelle von allen Sorten im Test waren enthalten viel Stärke-Granulat und die Schalen der Sorten enthalten Stein Zellen. Darüber hinaus waren die Kutikula und Epidermis rissige Früchte Peel dünner als die der ungerissen Früchte.
