Descriptions : Turkish Araştırmada amaç; iki farklı mikoriza türü (Glomus intradices, Glomus clarium) ve yetiştirme ortamında değişik kompost uygulamalarının üçgül ve soğan bitkilerinin gelişimi, besin elementleri alımı ve mikoriza infeksiyonu üzerine etkilerini araştırmaktır. Araştırma Ç.Ü. Ziraat Fakültesi Toprak Bölümü'nde sera koşullarında yürütülmüştür. Denemede konukçu bitki olarak Üçgül ve Soğan bitkileri kullanılmıştır. Yetiştirme ortamı olarak ta ; Andezitik Tüf : Toprak : Kompost : (Andezitik Tüf + Toprak ( 2: 1 v/v ) % 4 ve % 8 oranında kompost karıştırılması ile iki farklı ortam kullanılmıştır. Deneme tohum ekiminden sonra ki 10. haftada hasat edilerek kök ve kök üstü aksam kuru ağırlıkları, kök infeksiyonu oranı, % P ( Fosfor) ve Zn (Çinko) alımları tespit edilmiştir. Denemede kullanılan 10 değişik kompost çeşidinde Kompost 6 (tavuk gübresi ile oluşturulmuş kompost) uygulaması bitki büyüme ve gelişmesine en yüksek oranda etki eden kompost olarak tespit edilmiştir.Yetiştirme ortamları arasında en etkin harç ortamı olarak % 4 oranında kompost karıştırılan Andezitik Tüf + Toprak ortamı olarak tespit edilmiştir bunu Kompost 7 ortamı izlemiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, G. intradices'in ise en etkin mikoriza türü olduğu belirlenmiştir.
English The aim of this research is two different mycorrizae (Glomus intradices, Glomus clarium) using two different growth conditions to investigate the effects of various compost applications on clover and onion plant's growth, nutrient uptake and mycorrizae infection. The study was carried out under greenhose conditions, at the department of Agriculture Faculty, Çukurova Universty. In this experiment, clover and onion were used as host plants. As regard with the growth environment; andezetik Tufe : Soil: compost: (andezetik Tufe +Soil (2:1 v/v) %4 and %8 compostusing two different growth conditions were used. On the 10th week following the sowing, the plants were harvested and shoot and root- dry weight, root infection, %P and Zn content were determined. Of those ten different kinds of compost, that of the number 6 was determined to be the most efficient medium affecting the plant growth and development at the highest rate. Among the growth media the most efficient compost medium of growth was determined to be andezitik Tufe + Soil with a 4 % proportion. It was also observed that Compost 7 medium are the second effective respectively.The research outcomes show that G. intradices are the most effective mycorrhizal species.
German Ziel dieser Forschung ist es zwei verschiedene Mycorrizae (Glomus Intradices, Glomus Clarium) mit zwei unterschiedlichen Wachstumsbedingungen, um die Auswirkungen der verschiedenen Kompost-Anwendungen auf Klee und Zwiebel der Pflanze Wachstum, Nährstoffaufnahme und Mycorrizae Infektion zu untersuchen. Die Studie wurde durchgeführt unter Greenhose Bedingungen in der Abteilung Landwirtschaft Fakultät, Çukurova Universty. Bei diesem Experiment wurden Klee und Zwiebeln als Wirtspflanzen genutzt. Als Hinweis mit der Umwelt Wachstum; Andezetik Tufe: Boden: Kompost: (Andezetik Tufe + Boden (2:1 V/V) %4 und %8 Compostusing zwei unterschiedliche Wachstumsbedingungen dienten. In der 10. Woche nach der Aussaat die Pflanzen geerntet wurden, und schießen und Wurzel-trockenen Gewicht, Wurzel-Infektion, %P und Zn Inhalte waren entschlossen. Diese zehn verschiedene Arten von Kompost war der Zahl 6 entschlossen, das effizienteste Medium, die Auswirkungen auf das Pflanzenwachstum und die Entwicklung nach dem höchsten Satz sein. Unter das Wachstum war Medien das effizienteste Kompost-Medium des Wachstums entschlossen, Andezitik Tufe + Boden mit einem Anteil von 4 %. Es wurde auch beobachtet, dass Kompost 7 Medium sind die zweite wirksame bzw..Die Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, dass G. Intradices die effektivsten Mykorrhiza-Arten sind.
