Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada, Ege Bölgesinde yetiştirilen ve insan tüketimine sunulduğu alanlardan toplanan yaş meyve-sebze (çilek, domates, enginar, taze incir, kiraz, patates, şeftali, taze üzüm, zeytin) örneklerinde ve kurutulmuş gıda (kuru incir, kuru üzüm) örneklerinin yetiştiriciliğinde yaygın olarak kullanılan pestisitlerin kalıntı düzeyleri araştırılmıştır. Bu örneklerde kalıntısı araştırılan elli (50) adet pestisit organik klorlu, organik fosforlu insektisitler ile sentetik piretroit, strobulin ve benzimidazol grubu fungusitlerden seçilmiştir. Domates, enginar, taze incir, kuru incir ve patates örneklerinde tespit edilebilir düzeyde pestisit kalıntısına rastlanmamıştır. Diğer ürünlerin örneklerinde ise en az bir (1) adet pestisit kalıntısı tespit edilebilir düzeyde bulunmuştur. Kalıntı bulunan örneklerdeki kalıntı miktarları Türk Gıda Kodeksi ve AB MRLs'ne göre değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, tarımsal ürünlerde % 2,34 tolerans üzeri pestisit kalıntısına rastlanmıştır.
English In this study, some pesticide residues of fruit-vegagatable (strawbery, tomato, artichok, fig, cherry, potato, peach, grapes, olive) and dried food (dried fig, raisen) samples were investigated which taken from local markets and wholesale markets in different part of Aegean area. In these samples, fifty (50) pesticide investigated organochloro, organophoshor, syntetic pyrethroit, strobulin, benzimidazole groups. In tomato, artichok, fig, dried fig, potato samples, pesticide residues were not detected for limit of dedection (LOD). In other samples is dedected at least one pesticide residue. Dedectable pesticide residues are found, pesticide residues are compared according to Turkish Food Codex and AB MRLs. In conclusion, over the tolerans of % 2,34 pecticide residues found in agricultural crops.
German In dieser Studie einige Pestizidrückstände Obst-Vegagatable (Strawbery, Tomaten, Artichok, Feigen, Kirsche, Kartoffel, Pfirsich, Trauben, Oliven) und getrocknete Lebensmittel (getrocknete Feigen, Raisen) Proben wurden untersucht die lokalen Märkte und Großmärkten in anderen Teil des Ägäischen Gebiet entnommen. In diesen Beispielen untersucht fünfzig 50 Pestizid Syntetic-Pyrethroit, Strobulin, Organochloro, Organophoshor, Benzimidazol-Gruppen. In Tomaten, Artichok, Feigen, getrocknete Feigen wurden Kartoffel Proben Rückstände von Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln nicht bei Grenze von Dedection (LOD) festgestellt. In anderen Beispielen ist Dedected mindestens ein Pestizidrückstände. Dedectable-Pestizidrückstände gefunden werden, Pestizidrückstände nach türkischen Lebensmittel-Codex und AB Rückstandshöchstgehalte verglichen werden. Abschließend über die Tolerans 2,34 % Pestizid Rückstände gefunden in landwirtschaftlichen Kulturen.
