Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada Türkiye soya piyasası, üretimi, tüketimi, dış ticareti, talebi, fiyatları ve pazarlaması değerlendirilmiştir. Artış ve azalışlar ile dalgalı bir seyir izleyen soya üretimi Türkiye'de istikrarıl bir yapıda değildir. 1987 yılında 250 bin tona yükselen soya üretimi 2009 yılında bu miktarın %15 seviyesi olan 38 bin tona kadar düşmüştür. Soya üretimindeki azalma sebepleri üzerinde durulmadığı takdirde, bitkisel yağ açığı ve hayvan beslenmesinde protein kaynağı olarak kullanılan küspe açığı büyük boyutlara ulaşacaktır. Böylece pek çok bölgede yetişme ortamı bulunan soya ekim alanları önümüzdeki yıllarda daha da azalacaktır. 2000-2009 yılı verileri incelendiğinde Türkiye soya fiyatları reel olarak artış göstermiştir ve aynı dönemde genellikle dünya piyasa fiyatlarından yüksektir. Bu durumun en önemli nedeni yüksek girdi fiyatlarıdır. Türkiye'de soya pazarlama organizasyonu etkin bir yapıya sahiptir. Ancak mevcut sorunların çözümü ile birlikte pazarlamanın etkinliği daha da artırılabilir.
English In this study, Turkey's soybean market, production, consumption, foreign trade, demand, prices, policy and marketing are evaluated. Soybean production, which follows a fluctuating course with periodical increases and decreases, does not have a stable structure. Soybean production, which increased to 250,000 tons in 1987, decreased to 38,000 tons (15% level of the former) in 2009. If the reasons of decrease of soybean production are not considered, the deficit of vegetable oil and pulp, used as the source of protein in animal nutrition, will reach great dimensions, and the cultivation areas of soybean having habitats in many regions will decrease much more in coming years. By analyzing the data of 2000-2009, we can see that Turkey's soybean prices showed an increase in real terms, and they were generally higher than world market prices in the same period. The most important reason of it is high input prices. In Turkey, soybean marketing organization has an efficient structure. Still, the efficiency of marketing may be increased much more with the solution of current problems.
German In dieser Studie, der Türkei Sojabohne Markt, Produktion, Verbrauch, Außenhandel, Nachfrage, Preise sind Politik und Marketing neu bewertet. Soja-Produktion, die einen schwankenden Kurs mit regelmäßigen Erhöhungen und Verringerungen der folgt, muss keine stabile Struktur. Soja-Produktion, die auf 250.000 Tonnen im Jahr 1987 erhöht, verringerte sich auf 38.000 Tonnen (15 % des Niveaus der ehemaligen) im Jahr 2009. Wenn die Gründe für den Rückgang der Soja-Produktion nicht gelten, das Defizit Pflanzenöl und, als die Quelle von Eiweiß in der Tierernährung verwendeten Zellstoffs wird große Dimensionen erreichen und die Anbaugebiete von Sojabohnen mit Lebensräume in vielen Regionen verringert sich viel mehr in den kommenden Jahren. Durch Analyse der Daten der Jahre 2000-2009, können wir sehen, dass die Türkei Soja Preise zeigten eine Zunahme in realen Werten und sie waren Buy Cipro, höher als im gleichen Zeitraum die Weltmarktpreise. Der wichtigste Grund davon ist der hohe Eingang Preise. In der Türkei hat die Sojabohne, die marketing-Organisation eine effiziente Struktur. Die Effizienz des Marketings kann noch viel mehr mit der Lösung der aktuellen Probleme erhöht werden.
