Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada Ağustos 2008-Mart 2009 tarihleri arasında yeme eklenerek tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus)'lara verilen zeolitin Aeromonas hydrophila enjeksiyonuna karşı balık bireylerinin doku ve organlarındaki koruyucu etkisi araştırılmıştır. Denemede 36 adet balığa intraperitonel olarak 1.9x106CFU/ml bakteri verilmiştir. Enjeksiyonun ardından balıklar 21 gün süre ile gözlenmiş ve 7., 14. ve 21. günlerde balıklardan solungaç, böbrek ve karaciğer doku örnekleri alınmış ve bunlarda bakteriden kaynaklanan iç organ hasarları değerlendirilmiştir.Zeolit katkılı beslemede bazı hasarların daha az olduğu gözlenirken, bazılarında oldukça yüksek doku hasarı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan makroskobik gözlemlerde, zeolit takviyesi alan balık gruplarında herhangi bir dış görünüm bozulması olmadığı gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca zeolitle beslenen gruplarda renk düzeninde de olumlu değişiklikler belirlenmiş, stresin yarattığı koyulaşmaya rastlanmamıştır. Kontrol grupları ile karşılaştırıldığında, zeolitin makroskobik incelemede bakterilerin oluşturduğu patolojileri geciktirdiği, ancak mikroskobik incelemede doku hasarlarına karşı herhangi bir etki göstermediği gözlenmiştir.
English This study is based on the observation of protective effects in tissues and organs of the Aeromonas hydrophila injected Tilapias (Oreochromis niloticus) that are given zeolites by adding to their food between August 2008-March 2009. In the experiment, 1.9x106 CFU/ml level bacteria is given intraperitoneally injected to 36 fishes. After the injection, the fishes are observed for 21days. In the 7th, 14th and 21st days, gill, kidney and liver examples are taken from fishes and organ damages caused by bacteria are observed from these. It is observed that the feeding added zeolites has less deformations while the feeding without zeolites has more deformation. Besides it is seen in macroscobic observations; in the fish groups that took zeolites addition, there has been no decomposition on outer view. Additionally in zeolites sustained groups there has been positive scale changes in color compositions; it's not seen thickness caused by stress. When compared to control groups, it's seen that pathology occured by bacteria is delayed in macroscobic observations of zeolite, but in microscobic observations there is not any effect against tissue damage.
German Diese Studie basiert auf der Beobachtung der schützende Wirkungen in Geweben und Organen der Aeromonas Hydrophila injiziert Tilapias (Macquaria Niloticus), die Zeolithe gegeben werden, indem Sie hinzufügen ihre Nahrung zwischen August 2008 bis März 2009. Das Experiment 1.9x106 KBE/ml Ebene Bakterien wird erhält intraperitoneal injizierten 36 Fische. Nach der Injektion werden die Fische für 21days beobachtet. In den 7., 14. und 21. Zusätzlich nachhaltig gruppenweise Zeolithe verzeichnen positive Skalierungsänderungen Farbkompositionen; Man hat nicht gesehen, Dicke, die durch Stress verursacht. Im Vergleich zu Kontrollgruppen gesehen aufgetretenen Pathologie durch Bakterien ist in Macroscobic Beobachtungen des Zeoliths, aber in Microscobic Beobachtungen gibt es keine Wirkung gegen Gewebeschäden.
