Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada, önemli akvaryum balıklarından olan lepistes (Poecilia reticulata, Poecillidae), moli (Poecilia latipinna, Poecillidae) ve Japon (Carassius auratus, Cyprinidae) balıklarının sıcaklık ve tuzluluk toleransları belirlenmiştir. Deneme sonrası balıklar 4 gün gözlenmiş ve yaşama oranı temel alınmıştır. Lepistes ve moli kademeli olarak alıştırılan (1 oC/saat) test sıcaklıkları sonucunda 15 oC sıcaklıklara kadar tolerans göstermişlerdir. 26 oC sıcaklıktan 9 oC yüksek ve düşük sıcaklıklara ani olarak transfer edilen üç balık türü de bu sıcaklık değişimlerinden etkilenmemiştir. Üç balık türü tatlı sudan farklı konsantrasyonda tuzlu sulara kademeli olarak (1g/L/saat) alıştırıldığında lepistes ve moli 24g/L tuzluluğa, Japon balıkları da 9 g/L tuzluluğu kadar tolerans göstermişlerdir. Ancak tuzlu sulara ani transferlerde balıkların toleransları düşmüştür. Ani tuzluluk transferlerinde lepistes ve moli 15g/L, japon balıkları ise 6 g/L tuzluluğa kadar ancak dayanabilmişlerdir. Lepistes ve molinin kışın seralarda muhafazasında su sıcaklığının 15 oC'ye düşmemesi, tuzlu su banyolarında ise tuzlu su konsantrasyonunun kademeli olarak yapılan alıştırmalarda 24 g/L'yi, ani transferlerde ise 15 g/ L'yi geçmemesi önerilir. Japon balıklarında ise tuzluluğun kademeli olarak yapılan alıştırmalarda 9 g/L, ani transferlerde ise 6 g/L'yi geçmemesi gerekmektedir
English In this study, the salinity and temperature tolerances of the guppy (Poecilia reticulata, Poecillidae), The black molly (Poecilia latipinna, Poecillidae) ve Goldfish (Carassius auratus, Cyprinidae), which are some of notable aquarium fish species, were determined. The fish were observed for 4 days after the experiment, and their mortality was taken as the indicator. Guppy and the black molly were found tolerant of a decrease up to 15 oC after being subjected to gradual test temperatures (1 oC per hour). Three of the species, which were suddenly transferred from 26 oC to the environments of +- 9 oC, remained unaffected by these temperature changes. Three of the species, when gradually acclimatised to different salinity intensities from fresh water (1g/L/hour), guppy and the black molly were tolerant of the salinity up to 24g/L, while goldfish were tolerant of the degrees up to 9 g/L. However, the tolerances of the fishes were low at sudden transfer to the saline environments; guppy and the black molly being tolerant of up to 15g/L, while goldfish was up to only 6 g/L of salinity. It is recommended that water temperature should not be downer than 15 oC for guppy and the black molly while keeping in greenhouses in winter months, and that saline water intensity should not exceed 24 g/L for gradual adaptation, and 15 g/L for sudden transfers in salt water bathing. As to goldfish, the salinity should not exceed 9 g/L for gradual adaptation, and 6 g/L for sudden transfers
German In dieser Studie, Salzgehalt und Temperatur Toleranzen von der Guppy (Poecilia Reticulata, Poecillidae) die black Molly (Poecilia Latipinna, Poecillidae) Ve Goldfisch (Carassius Auratus, Karpfenfische), die bekannte Aquarium Fischarten gehören, wurden ermittelt. Die Fische waren für 4 Tage nach dem Experiment beobachtet und ihre Sterblichkeit wurde als Indikator. Guppy und black Molly waren tolerant gegenüber einem Rückgang um bis zu 15 oC gefunden, nachdem schrittweise Test Temperaturen (1 oC pro Stunde) ausgesetzt. Drei Arten, die in den Umgebungen von +-9 oC plötzlich aus 26 oC übertragen wurden, blieb diese Temperaturänderungen unberührt. Drei Arten, wenn nach und nach an verschiedenen Salzgehalt Intensitäten von Süßwasser (1 g/L/Stunde), Guppy und black Molly gewöhnt waren der Salzgehalt bis zu 24 g/L, tolerant, während Goldfische tolerant mit den Grad bis zu 9 g/L waren. Allerdings waren die Toleranzen der Fische am plötzlichen Transfer zu den salzhaltigen Umgebungen; Guppy und black Molly, die von bis zu 15 g/L, tolerant sein, während Goldfisch bis nur 6 g/L Salzgehalt war. Es wird empfohlen, dass das Salzwasser-Intensität nicht mehr 24 g/L für die schrittweise Anpassung als sollte Wassertemperatur kein Wermutstropfen als 15 oC für Guppy und black Molly unter Beibehaltung in Gewächshäusern in den Wintermonaten sollte, und 15 g/L für plötzliche Überweisungen in Salz Baden Wasser. Goldfisch der Salzgehalt nicht 9 g/L für die schrittweise Anpassung und 6 g/L für die plötzliche Übertragung überschreiten
