Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışma, düşük protein içerikli ve soya unu ağırlıklı yemlere cezbedici madde ilavesinin tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fingerliklerinin akvaryum koşullarında büyüme performansı ve yem değerlendirmesi üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla 2 deneme halinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. 1. Denemede; ortalama ağırlığı 2 g olan balıklar, %24 ve %32 protein içeren bazal diyetlere % 0.5, 1 ve 1.5 oranında glutamik veya aspartik asit ilave edilerek hazırlanmış yemlerle 80 gün süresince beslenmişlerdir. Deneme sonunda, % 24 protein içeren yeme %1 glutamik ve/veya aspartik asit ilave edilmesi, %32 protein içeren diyetle benzer bir büyüme ve yem çevrim oranı sağlamıştır (P>0.05). Glutamik ve aspartik asidin kombine kullanılması sinerji etki göstermemiştir. 2. Denemede; ortalama ağırlığı 7 g olan balıklar, balık unu ağırlıklı (% 40) ve soya unu ağırlıklı (% 40) bazal diyetlere % 1 oranında glutamik veya aspartik asit ilave edilerek hazırlanmış yemlerle 60 gün süresince beslenmiştir. Deneme sonunda, soya unu ağırlıklı yeme %1 oranında glutamik veya aspartik asit ilave edilmesi, balık unu ağırlıklı diyetle benzer bir büyüme ve yem çevrim oranı sağlamıştır (P>0.05). Glutamik ve aspartik asidin kombine kullanılması sinerji etki göstermemiştir. Sonuç olarak, balık diyetlerinin yem maliyetini düşürülmesi için düşük protein içerikli ve soya unu ağırlıklı yemlerden yararlanılması durumunda, balığın büyüme ve yem değerlendirmesinde ortaya çıkacak olumsuzluklar, yeme %1 lik glutamik veya aspartik asit ilave edilerek ortadan kaldırılabilecektir
English This study was carried out in two experiments to investigate the effects of two dietary attractants in diets containing two protein levels and protein sources on growth performance and feed consumption of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fingerlings under aquarium conditions. In the 1st experiment, the average weight of 2 g of fish were fed for 80 days on diets including two protein levels (24 and 32%) and three levels (0.5, 1 and 1.5%) of either aspartic acid or glutamic acid added into each respective diets. At the end of the trial, 24% protein feed containing 1% addition of glutamic acid and/or aspartic acid provided similar growth and feed conversion ratio to that of the diet containing 32% protein (P>0.05). Using of combination of glutamic acid and aspartic acid did not show a synergy effect. In the 2ndexperiment, the fish averaging 7g were fed for 60 days on diets containing two protein sources (40% fish meal and 40% soybean meal) supplemented with either 1% aspartic acid or 1% glutamic acid. At the end of the trial, the diet including 40% soybean meal and 1% glutamic acid and/or aspartic acid promoted similar growth and feed conversion ratio to the diets containing fish meal as protein source (P>0.05). Using of combination of glutamic acid and aspartic acid did not show a synergy effect. As a result, in order to reduce feed costs, when the fish are reared at low-protein diets including soybean meal as protein source, the fish growth and feed consumption can be improved by the addition of 1% glutamic acid as attractant into such diets
German Diese Studie wurde in zwei Experimente zu untersuchen die Auswirkungen der zwei diätetische Lockstoffe in Diäten mit zwei Ebenen von Protein und Protein-Quellen auf Wachstum und feed-Verbrauch von Tilapia (Macquaria Niloticus) Brut Aquarium Bedingungen durchgeführt. Im ersten Experiment wurden das Durchschnittsgewicht von 2 g Fisch gefüttert für 80 Tage auf Diäten, einschließlich zwei Protein-Ebene (24 und 32 %) und drei Stufen (0,5, 1 und 1,5 %) von Asparaginsäure oder Glutaminsäure in jeder jeweiligen Diäten hinzugefügt. Am Ende des Versuches, feed-24 % Protein enthalten 1 % Aufschlag von Glutaminsäure bzw. Asparaginsäure ähnliche Wachstum bereitgestellt und Konvertierung Verhältnis der Nahrung enthält 32 % Protein-feed (P > 0,05). Mit der Kombination aus Glutaminsäure und Asparaginsäure zeigten keinen Synergieeffekt. In der 2ndexperiment wurden die Fische mit durchschnittlich 7 g für 60 Tage auf Diäten mit zwei Proteinquellen (40 % Fischmehl und 40 % Sojabohnenmehl) ergänzt mit 1 % Asparaginsäure oder 1 % Glutaminsäure zugeführt. Am Ende des Versuches, die Diät einschließlich 40 % Soja-Mahlzeit und 1 % Glutaminsäure und/oder Asparaginsäure ähnliche Wachstum gefördert und feed Wandelverhältnisses auf die Ernährung mit Fisch-Mahlzeit als Proteinquelle (P > 0,05). Mit der Kombination aus Glutaminsäure und Asparaginsäure zeigten keinen Synergieeffekt. Infolgedessen kann um die Futterkosten, zu verringern, wenn die Fische bei proteinarme Diäten einschließlich Sojabohnenmehl als Proteinquelle aufgezogen werden, Wachstum und Futtermittel Fischkonsum durch Zugabe von 1 % Glutaminsäure als Lockstoff in solchen Ernährung verbessert werden
