Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışmada Isochrysis affinis galbana (Prymnesiophyceae), Phaeodactylum tricornutum (Bacillariophyceae) ve Porphyridium cruentum (Rhodellophyceae) türlerinde azot sınırlamasının büyüme, lipid ve klorofil içerikleri üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada azot sınırlamasının I. Affinis galbana ve P. tricornutum'da lipid içeriğinin yükselmesine sebep olduğu saptanmış, %50 azot eksiltmesi yapılan çalışmada I. affinis galbana'da %30.91 lipid ve 0.755=0.03 gl-1 biyomas, P. tricornutum'da %30.18 lipid ve 0.978=0.02 gl-1 biyomas belirlenmiştir. Azotun tamamen çekildiği (%100 N(-)) çalışmada, P. cruentum'da lipid oranı (%11.23), diğer iki türe göre daha düşük bulunmuştur
English In this study, the effects of nitrogen limitation on the growth rates, lipid and chlorophyll a contents of the species of Isochrysis affinis galbana (Prymnesiophyceae), Phaeodactylum tricornutum (Bacillariophyceae) and Porphyridium cruentum (Rhodellophyceae ) were examined. It was observed that nitrogen limitation increased the lipid content of I. affinis galbana and P. tricornutum. In the study subjected to 50% of nitrogen reduction, 30.91% lipid and 0.755=0.03 gl-1 dry matter were detected in I. affinis galbana, and 30.18% lipid and 0.978=0.02 gl-1 dry matter in the P. tricornutum. The study in which the nitrogen starvation (100% of nitrogen reduction) applied to P. cruentum, the lipid content(11.23%) was lower than the other two species
German In dieser Studie die Auswirkungen der Stickstoff-Beschränkung auf die Wachstumsraten, Lipid und Chlorophyll A Inhalt der Arten von Nauplien Affinis Galbana (Prymnesiophyceae), wurden Phaeodactylum Tricornutum (Bacillariophyceae) und Porphyridium Cruentum (Rhodellophyceae) untersucht. Es wurde beobachtet, dass Stickstoff Beschränkung der Lipidgehalt der I. Affinis Galbana und p. Tricornutum erhöht. In der Studie unterzogen zu 50 % Minderung, 30.91 % Lipid und 0,755 = 0,03 Gl-1 Trockenmasse gefunden in I. Affinis Galbana, und 30,18 % Lipid und 0.978 = 0,02-Gl-1 Trockenmasse in p. Tricornutum.
