Descriptions : Turkish Bu araştırmada, yetiştiriciliği yapılan gökkuşağı alabalığı ile işletmelerden doğaya kaçan ve burada doğal besinlerle beslenen gökkuşağı alabalıklarının vücut kompozisyonları ve yağ asidi profilleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan analizlerde balıketinin toplam ham protein, lipit, ham kül ve kuru madde ile yağ asidi kompozisyonu saptanmıştır. Kültür balıkları ile işletmelerden doğaya kaçan balıkların vücut kompozisyonu ve yağ asidi profili önemli düzeyde farklı bulunmuştur. English In this research, body composition and fatty acid profiles of farm raised rainbow trout and rainbow trout which escaped from farms to nature and was fed with health food there were compared. Total crude protein, lipid ,crude ash, dry matter and fatty acid composition of plump were determined in analyses. It was found that there were big differences between body composition and fatty acid profiles of cultured rainbow trout and rainbow trouts which escaped from farms to nature. While in cultured trouts; crude protein, lipid, crude ash and moisture ratios were found respectively as 19.06%, 3.51%, 1.62% and 75.69%; in wild trouts; crude protein, lipid, crude ash and dry matter ratios were found respectively as 22.33%, 2.53%, 1.86% and 73.01%
German In dieser Forschung Körper Zusammensetzung und Fettsäure-Profile der Farm ausgelöst, Regenbogenforelle und Regenbogenforelle die entkam auf dem Bauernhof Natur und wurde mit Nahrungsergänzung es gefüttert verglichen. Total Rohprotein, Lipid, Rohasche, Trockenmasse und Fettsäurezusammensetzung der Plump wurden in Analysen festgelegt. Es wurde festgestellt, dass wurden große Unterschiede zwischen Körperzusammensetzung und Fettsäure-Portraits von kultivierten Regenbogenforelle und Regenbogen Forellen die entgangen von Farmen zur Natur. Während in kultivierten Forellen; Rohasche, Rohprotein, Lipid und Feuchtigkeit-Verhältnisse wurden bzw. als 19.06, 3,51 %, 1,62 % bis 75.69 % gefunden; in wilden Forellen; Rohasche, Rohprotein, Lipid und Trockenmasse-Verhältnisse wurden bzw. als 22.33 %, 2,53 %, 1,86 % bzw. 73.01 % gefunden
