Descriptions : Turkish Araştırmada, Seyhan baraj gölünden Kasım (2006), Temmuz (2007) ve Ağustos (2007) aylarında avlanan Kadife balıklarının (Tinca tinca,L.,1758) besin madde bileşenleri ve yağ asitleri kompozisyonundaki değişimler incelenmiştir. Kadife balığı filetolarının Kasım, Temmuz ve Ağustos aylarındaki ortalama ham protein oranları sırasıyla %16.86, %16.82 ve %16.74, lipit oranları ise %0.69, %1.05, %1.22 olarak bulunmuştur. Kadife balığının temel yağ asitlerinin palmitik asit, oleik asit, eikosapentaenoik asit ve dokosaheksaenoik asit olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çoklu doymamış yağ asitlerinden EPA ( eikosapentaenoik asit) nın PUFA içindeki oranı Kasım ayında %12.28, Temmuz ayında %25.94, Ağustos ayında ise %14.26 olarak bulunmuştur. DHA (dokosaheksaenoik asit) nın Kasım ayında PUFA içindeki oranı (%41.41), Temmuz (%23.57) ve Ağustos (%20.79) aylarına göre daha yüksek (p<0.05) oranlarda bulunmuştur
English Seasonal changes in proximate composition the effects of fishing seasons on the chemical and fatty acids composition of tench (Tinca tinca L.,1758) captured a in Nowember (2006), July (2007) and August (2007) from Seyhan Dam Lake were investigated. It was found that the protein content of tench fillets in Nowember(2006), July (2007) and August (2007) were 16.86%, 16.82%, 16.74% and lipid contents were 0.69%,1.05% and 1.22% respectively. The major fatty acids of tench fillets in all groups were palmitik acid, oleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. EPA content (in PUFA) of tench filet, were 12.28% in Nowember, 25.94% in July and 14.26% in August. The DHA content (in PUFA) of tench fillet of Nowember (41.41%) was significantly higher (p<0.05) than the contents in July (23.57%) and August (20.79%)
German Saisonale Änderungen in naheliegende Zusammensetzung die Auswirkungen der Fischerei-Saison auf die chemische und Fettsäuren-Zusammensetzung der Schleie (Tinca Tinca L., 1758) erfasst ein in Nowember (2006), Juli (2007) und August (2007) von Seyhan Stausee wurden untersucht. Es wurde festgestellt, dass der Proteingehalt der Schleie in Nowember(2006), Juli (2007) und August Rinderfilet (2007) waren 16.86 % und 16,82 %, 16.74 % Lipid Inhalt 0,69 %, 1,05 % und 1,22 % beziehungsweise. Die wichtigsten Fettsäuren von Schleie Filets in allen Gruppen waren Palmitik Säure, berechnet als Ölsäure, Eicosapentaensäure und Docosahexaensäure. EPA-Gehalt (in PUFA) Schleie Filetstück, waren 12,28 % im Nowember, 25.94 % im Juli und 14.26 % im August. Der DHA-Gehalt (in PUFA) der Schleie Rinderfilet Nowember (41.41 %) war signifikant höher (p < 0,05) als der Inhalt im Juli (23,57 %) und August (20,79 %)
