Descriptions : Turkish Bu çalışma, ülkemiz için çok önemli ticari karides türlerinden birisi olan Penaeus semisulcatus'un optimal protein gereksiniminin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Denemede izokalorik olan ve 5 farklı protein düzeyi (%25, %30, %35, %40 ve %45) içeren yemlerin 1.52 g ağırlığındaki bireylerde büyüme performansı üzerine olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Deneme 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurgulanmış ve 42 gün süreyle yürütülmüştür. Deneme sonunda ağırlıkça en iyi büyümenin %40 ve %45 protein içeren test yemleriyle beslenen karideslerde gerçekleştiği ve büyümenin %30'un altındaki protein seviyelerinde olumsuz etkilendiği belirlenmiştir. Yapılan hesaplamalar sonucunda 1-2 g'lık yeşil kaplan karidesi jüvenilleri için optimum protein oranının, 28ºC sıcaklık ve ?40 tuzlulukta %38.3 olduğu saptanmıştır
English This study was conducted to determine optimal dietary protein requirement of gren tiger shrimp (Penaeus semisulcatus), which is on of the most important commercial shrimp species of Turkey. In the experiment, the effects of diets, which are isocaloric and has 5 different protein levels (25%, 30%, 35%, 40% and 45%), on growth performance of the juveniles (1.52 g) were examined. The experiment was designed in three replicates and performed for 42 days. The highest final growth as weight was achieved in the groups fed with 40% and 45% dietary protein levels, and growth performance was low at dietary protein levels lower than 30%. At the end of calculations, optimal dietary protein level for the juveniles of green tiger shrimp (1-2 g) was determined as 38.3% at 28 ºC temperature and 40 ppt salinity
German Diese Studie wurde durchgeführt, um optimale diätetische Proteinbedarf von Gren Tiger Garnele (Penaeus Semisulcatus), zu bestimmen, die auf der wichtigsten kommerzielle Garnelen Arten der Türkei ist. Im Experiment wurden die Auswirkungen von Diäten, die Isocaloric und hat 5 verschiedene Protein-Ebene (25 %, 30 %, 35 %, 40 % und 45 %), am Wachstum der Jungtiere (1,52 g) untersucht. Das Experiment wurde in drei Wiederholungen entworfen und 42 Tage lang durchgeführt. Das höchste letzte Wachstum als Gewicht wurde in den Gruppen, gefüttert mit 40 % und 45 % diätetische Protein-Ebene erreicht, und Wachstumsleistung war auf Ernährungseiweiß Ebenen weniger als 30 % gering. Am Ende der Berechnungen wurde eine optimale Nahrungseiweiß für die jungen Grünen Tiger Garnelen (1-2 g) als 38,3 % bei 28 º c Temperatur und 40 ppt Salzgehalt ermittelt
