Descriptions : Turkish Fuji elması, Japonya'nın Aomori Vilayeti'nin Fujisaki kasabasındaki Tohoku Araştırma İstasyonu'nda 1930'ların sonunda geliştirilmiş ancak 1962 yılında pazarlanmaya başlanmış bir elma kültür çeşididir. Fuji, Red Delicious ve Virginia Ralls Genet ("Rawls Jennet" olarak da bilinir) gibi iki Amerikan elma çeşidinden geliştirilmiştir. İsmini, çoğunlukla Fuji Dağı'ndan aldığı düşünülse de Aomori Vilayeti'nin kasabası olan FUJIsaki'sinden almıştır. Dondurulmuş veya pişirilmiş ürünler için de uygun olmakla birlikte en çok taze sofralık veya salatalık olarak tüketilmektedir. Çok gevrek ısırımlı, şekerli ve sulu olup tadı ve kokusu hoş bir çeşittir. Meyvelerin kabuk rengi güneşe bakan dallarda canlı kırmızı, az güneş gören yerlerde ise kırmızımsı yeşildir. Bazen meyvenin güneş gören yerleri kırmızı, görmeyen yerleri ise yeşildir. Meyveleri üstten ve alttan basık yuvarlak şekillidir.
English Fuji apple is a variety of apple was developed at Tohoku Research Station in Fujisaki town of Aomori city of Japan in the late 1930s, but it was begun to be marketed in 1962. Fuji was developed from two American apple varieties, Red Delicious and Virginia Ralls Genet (also known as "Rawls Jennet"). It took its name from Fujisaki town of Aomori city; although It was thought that it took the name from mount Fuji. Although it suitable for frozen or cooked products it is mostly consumed as fresh or in salads. It is very crisp, sweet and juicy variety having a nice taste and smell. The fruits peel of the sun-facing branches are vibrant red, the colour is reddish green in less sun-exposed areas. Fruits are round-shaped and flattened from top and bottom.
German Fuji-Apfel ist eine Vielzahl von Apple wurde in den späten 1930er Jahren am Tohoku-Forschungsstation Fujisaki Stadt Stadt Aomori in Japan entwickelt, aber es wurde begonnen, im Jahr 1962 in Verkehr gebracht werden. Fuji entwickelte sich aus zwei amerikanische Apfelsorten, Red Delicious und Virginia Ralls Genet (auch bekannt als "Rawls Jennet").
