This study was conducted to investigate the effect of potassium fertilizer applications on cotton cultivar’s yield, yield components and fiber quality. Potassium treatments (0, 50, 100 and 200 kg ha-1) were applied to two cotton cultivars, having different growth habit and crop maturity. Potassium applications had significant effect on number of bolls per plant, seed cotton yield, boll weight, gin turnout, lint yield, fiber lenght, fiber fineness and yellowness.
