This study was conducted to determine genetic diversity in 28 barley cultivars originated from Turkey (22 two-raw and 6 six-raw) using some physiomorphological characters and ISSR DNA molecular markers. To study some physio-morphological characters, these varieties were planted in field during 2003 - 2004 growing year. Based on this study, no any differences found among the barley varieties.
