In this study, genetic diversity of 825 genotypes in Citrus and related genera in Turkey was determined by SRAP markers. Totaly 21 primer combinations were used and accessions divided 8 groups. Firstly each groups were analysed separately then groups were combined and analysed again. According to results, low level of variation was determined in orange, lemon, grapefruit and sour orange.
