Kükürt eksikliğinde dane veriminde ve kalitesinde düşüler olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kükürt eksikliğine karşıbitkilerin S kullanım etkinliğinin bilinmesi oldukça önemlidir. Bu nedenle bitkilerin S alım kapasitelerinin ve bitki içindeki dağılımıve hareketinin belirlenmesi bir zorunluluktur. Bu amaçla besin çözeltisinde farklıS dozlarında (0.1, 5, 10, 50, 100 ve 1000 æM) yetiştirilen ve değişik zamanlarda (0, 4, 8, 16, 24, 48 ve 72 saat) hasat edilen Bezostaja, Bal-Atilla ve Golia buğday çeşitlerinin yeşil aksam kuru madde verimleri ile aynıçeşitlerin tüm bitkideki, yaşlıyapraktaki, orta yaşlıyapraktaki, genç yapraktaki ve saptaki S konsantrasyonlarısaptanmıştır. Denemeden elde edilen sonuçlara göre, en düşük S uygulamasına göre (0,1 æM) artan S uygulamalarıyla çeşitlerin kuru madde verimleri % 44 ile % 619 arasında arttığıbulunmuştur. Çeşitlerin kuru madde verim artışı50 æM S dozuna kadar belirgin olmuşve bu dozdan daha yüksek dozlardaki verim artışıönemli olmamıştır. Düşük S uygulamasında ( 5 æM) kuru madde verim artışında Bezostaya'da belirgin olduğu buna karşılık yüksek ( 100 ve 1000 æM-S) S uygulamalarında ise Golia ve kısmen de Bal Atilla çeşitlerinde olduğu görülmüştür. FarklıS uygulamalannda bitkilerin tüm yeşil aksamdaki S konsantrasyonlarıBezostaja'da 0.86- 4.27 g kg-1, Bal-Atilla'da 0.91-4.27 g kg-1ve Golia'da ise 0.92-5.69 g kg--1 değerleri arasında değiştiği ve en yüksek S değerlerine Golia çeşidinin sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, bitkideki en yüksek S konsantrasyonunun yaşlıyapraklarda olduğu bunu sırasıyla orta yaşlıyaprak, genç yaprak ve sapın izlediği bulunmuştur. Bu bulgulara ilave olarak bitkinin S'le beslenme düzeyinin belirlemede genç yaprak örneklemesinin doğru sonuç verdiği saptanmıştır. Sonuçlar, buğday çeşitlerinin S'den yararlanma etkinliklerinin ve bitki içindeki dağılımının beslenme ortamındaki S düzeyine bağlıolarak değiştiğini ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca S'ün bitkideki hareketliliğinin düşük olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bu sonuçlar gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalann ağırlıklı olarak, S'ün kullanım etkinliğini ve dağılımınıetkileyen genetik ve fizyolojik karakterlerin belirlenmesi üzerine olmasıgerektiğini göstermektedir.</string> <string language="en">Research works reveal the increased incidence of sulfur deficiency in soil and plant, and corresponding decreases in both yield and quality of crops were reported. In dealing with sulfur defciency, its use effciency by plant and its distribution among the tissues, as well as the uptake capacities of plants for this element are crucial. In order to investigate this matter, wheat varieties Bezostaja, Bal-Atilla and Golia were grown in solution cultures containing 0, 1, 5, 10, 50, 100 ve 1000 æM sulfur. Wheat plants were harvested at 0, 4, 8, 16, 24, 48 ve 72 hr and S contents of whole plants; young, middle-aged and old leaves along with dry matter yield were determined. According to the results dry matter yields were increased by 44 to 619 % by S applications, compared to the lowest S application of 0.1 æM. in general there were marked increases in dry matter yields of the experimental varieties up to the 50 æM S application. The Bezostaya variety gave a good dry matter yield response to S application at the low 5 æM concentration whereas the Golia and to some extent the Bal-Atilla were responsive to the higher concentrations of S (100 ve 1000 æM) in this respect.</string> <string language="de">Forschungsarbeiten zeigen die erhöhte Inzidenz von Schwefel-Mangel in Boden und Pflanze, und entsprechende Rückgänge in Ertrag und Qualität von Kulturen wurden gemeldet. Im Umgang mit Schwefel Defciency, seine Verwendung Langlebigkeit von Plant und seine Verteilung auf das Gewebe, sowie die Aufnahme-Kapazitäten der Anlagen für dieses Element sind entscheidend. Um diese Angelegenheit zu untersuchen, Weizen-Sorten Bezostaja, Bal-Atilla und Golia angebaut in Lösung-Kulturen, die mit 0, 1, 5, 10, 50, 100 Ve 1000 æM Schwefel. Weizen Pflanzen geerntet wurden, bei 0, 4, 8, 16, 24, 48 Ve 72 h und S Inhalt der ganzen Pflanzen; jungen, mittleren Alters und alte Blätter zusammen mit Trockenmasse-Ertrag wurden ermittelt. Entsprechend der Ergebnisse-Trockenmasse stieg der Renditen von 44 bis 619 % durch S-Anwendungen, im Vergleich zu den niedrigsten S-Anwendung von 0,1 æM. im Allgemeinen wurden Erhöhungen der Trockenmasse Erträge der experimentellen Sorten bis zu 50 æM S-Anwendung gekennzeichnet.
